New tracking for _learnq not showing up

Hi Connor, Thanks again for the reply,The issue is not happening with the add to wishlist but with “Viewed Multiple Products”.It’s just not showing up in klaviyo, “Viewed Product” works, but “Viewed Multiple Products” doesn’t.Kind Regards,Ian

Why are our events not coming through

Hi,We realised something, the shopify {% customer %}Object is not actually available within theme.js.liquid as that’s where we were triggering the ‘identify’Thanks for the answers!
