How do I access Live Chat if I'm on a Paid Plan and my account is disabled?

I am having the exact same problem, about to launch a new e-commerce campaign and got my account disabled, tried to click on the chat dropdown and the button doesn’t work, even though is 4.43pm EST. This is crazy and not professional. I am on a paid plan and should be able to get someone on the chat support and solve this issue asap. Their documentation does not disclose they suspend ALL new sellers pending verification. Or that this happens as you are half-way through setup.  For me, it took about 2 hours for them to (I assume manually) validate.As for why a company built on communications communicates so poorly, your guess is as good as mine.

Import succeeded but users not entering flow

Dov,I did backpopulate the flow.  But the totals in the flow are far less than expected.  For example, we have a high one time purchase rate.  I imported 1000 customers/orders and backflowed the Winback which send at 75 and 90 days.  There are 150 waiting on 75 days and 120 waiting on the additional 15 days. These numbers should be more like 5-700 total.It’s almost as if the winback script backpopulate excludes orders > 90 days.Thoughts?

Import succeeded but users not entering flow

Update: My profiles now appear to have all been imported, but the flows dont show what I expect. There should be a large number of people now in “Thank You”, but I see only the handful who have purchased since implementing Klaviyo.Winback appears to show all since I implemented Woocommerce (Aug 4), but none from the previous 10 months (12mo of manual import) from Miva.

I am having the same problem as Peter.  And I share his sentiment that it is a terrible early experience for a business trying to  to launch an e-commerce campaign.Had this been made clear up front, I would not have bothered signing up and installing.  And at this point your probability of retention is 50/50.I buy products and services to eliminate problems/work, not to create more.Philip
