Magento Price Drop and special_from_date

I want to create a price drop trigger for a flow but none of my products are triggering.I’m using a Magento 2 integration. I’m noticing that the special_from_date field has the date the product was added to the site but it isn’t something that our erp updates (which is a non-issue everywhere else because the Special Date is always active)Does the Klaviyo price drop trigger relay on some change in the special_from_date attribute?

Feature Request: Include a more complete Magento 2 Coupon integration

When we create a new “Magento Two Coupon” the only argument we can set is the rule_id.  It seems like some of the arguments are hardcoded:format = 'alphanum' length = 10and some of the other arguments (that go a long way to making a customer friendly coupon code) seem to be omitted:prefix suffix delimiter_at_every delimiterThe request is to have all these arguments exposed and configurable when setting up the coupon connection.This would allow us to go from a code that looks like this. Z3LNC6USI5To codes that look like this:HAPPY-BIRTHDAY-5HA WELCOME-3R1H-FE3D SAVE-20-SYB-IJN-WHE BOGO-0985-6552-WEBClearer for our customers and our staff. Create Event for Customer Lifetime Value

Hello, How do I create an tracking event that effects the “Customer Lifetime Value” on the customer profile? I have an integration with a Magento site that is able to accomplish this. However, the tracking events I’m sending for our Brick and Mortar stores does not nicely incorporate the data into the profile view. Thank You,

Do you need Refunded Product metric to match Refunded Order metric?

Hello, There’s a metric called “Placed Order” when some one buys something and there’s a metric called “Refunded Order” when some one returns something.When someone makes an order we also send “Ordered Product” for each product they ordered. Is it necessary to also send an equivalent metric for returned products? (aka “Returned Product”)
