Hi team, I have created a sign up (pop up) form, and the form pops up on my website. 
 

However after entering the name and email, and clicking ‘submit form,’ the form closes, the customer is not sent to a success page (even though I have one set up), and their email has not been added to my list. 
 

I have checked, and the action of the button is ‘submit form,’ and the after submit is ‘show next step,’

The customer also does not receive any confirmation emails
