Where does info from Contact Form go

@Stephanie P  To confirm, are you trying to use a Klaviyo form as a contact form - as in customers can fill out the form to contact you so can reply to them?

If so… you won’t want to do this. Forms with an email field are tied to a list. And lists can only be triggered once which means if a customer was to try and contact you a second time it wouldn’t register in Klaviyo. So if you were to set up a flow that would send you a notification when someone filled out the form, it would only ever trigger one time. 

As far as where does the info go. Any fields you add to a form get added to the customers profile in Klaviyo. So if you were to navigate to the users profile who filled out the form, you would see the answers to those questions under the custom fields on their profile.
