hello! I am currently using an embedded form in wordpress! it was working fine, but a week ago only when wordpress was first rendered, an empty form was delivered, and when I refreshed, the original form was visible! We haven't changed anything on our end, so I'm curious why this problem is suddenly happening!

Thanks for sharing your question in the Community!

I would inspect your website’s backend code to see if there is any conflicting CSS code which might cause your form’s display to have issues!

This similar thread will help you gain some insight on the issue!
