The links in my SMS campaign are not always working. I cannot open th elink when on my wifi, but if I turn wifi off and use cell on my phone, or connect my laptop to the hotspot the links open. Support said it’s my ISP.
What am I supposed to do here? I can’t tell my customers to turn off wifi to open the links.
There has to be something that can be done to fix this, or do I just turn off the click tracking?
