Is there a way to see which SMS was sent and to which recipients? 

This refers to the standard notification that is sent while subscribing to the list with the double opt-in.

To clarify @MVysh, you want to know who received the opt-in confirmation SMS? This isn’t information unfortunately isn’t available. It is sent automatically as soon as someone fills out your subscribe form. Though, I’m curious, why do you need to know?

I see this is marked as answered, so I’m not sure if it’s helpful - but trying looking at the Analytics > Metrics… and pick “Received Automated Response SMS”. I was able to build a filter using “Message Name” is “Subscription confirmation” to show when when profiles received the double-opt in message.

Maybe some options there will get you what you want.
