Text-to-Join keyword

Question

Is there a way to have a text-to-join Keyword that people can text to my number that adds them to the list...ie. Text “JOIN” to 888-999-0000 to subscribe

Also, if 1 user signs up for both text and email communications, does that person count as 1 or 2 contacts against my plan?
