Hello, I want to create a segment to exclusively target my new customers for 60 days, in order to implement a 60-day LTV strategy/New customer strategy.

This segment should automatically include new customers and keep them for 60 days, then remove them from the segment once this period is over.

I don't know how to proceed...

Can you help?

Is the segment below what you’re looking for? It will include all customers who have placed an order in the past 60-days. When their last order is 61 days ago, they will drop out of the segment.

Just want to add to Bluesnappers answer:

You can also add an aditional criteria that the person has only purchased 1 time, if you want to focus on new first-time customers. I know that your question didn’t specify what time of new customers, but I just thought that it could be new first time customers, as this is a focal point for many businesses.

Also, consider taking a looking at the segment criteria “expected date of next purchase”. Maybe not for this segment, but it’s an interesting one to play around with when trying to optimize CLV.
