How to get the event of a customer action?

Hi @iamprayush,We currently don’t offer a webhook-based solution you can use to pull events. Is there a need for these events to trigger elsewhere outside of Klaviyo? Or are you just looking to track these events on a regular cadence?If you’re looking to get Shopify-specific events only, we recommend pulling these directly from Shopify into your data warehouse/site as Klaviyo is just acting as the middle man in this scenario.If you’re looking to pull Klaviyo-triggered events only, or would prefer to pull everything from a single source, it’s fine to do so from Klaviyo utilizing our Metrics API. This guide should provide you the information you’d need to achieve this.

Abandoned Cart Coupon Code - Shopify

Hi@HonestPets,Both of these options are achievable assuming you are on Shopify! Notes on each below:Regarding option #1, are you trying to use unique codes? Your options vary depending if you are looking to send the codes in a Flow or a Campaign:Please note that dates are set in the UTC time zone, so you may see a different expiration date in Shopify. Campaigns You have two choices for expiration: Generated coupon codes will never expire If you want your discount to have a defined end date, after which generated codes will expire, you can select a firm expiration date Flows You have three choices for expiration: Generated coupon codes will never expire Generated coupon codes will expire after a certain number of days/hours If you want your discount to have a defined end date, after which generated codes will expire, you can select a firm expiration date So while you can set the unique code to expire within a certain amount of time for a Flow email, this is not currently

Just to chime in with @Paul S - It is very much expected that the revenue/number of orders Klaviyo attributes to a Flow or Campaign will not match up to what Google Analytics reports due to differences in how conversions are tracked in both systems.GA uses pixel-based tracking, while Klaviyo uses data directly from your database (for example, because your e-commerce platform - like Shopify - sends us data when someone places an order). The documentation for Paul's reference above on the common scenarios where Google Analytics and other pixel-based tracking systems will not record a conversion can be found here.

Dedicated Sending Domain - How do I know the warming period is over?

Hi @vitbarreto, It’s great you’ve set up your dedicated sending domain and are seeing such strong open rates! Warming can take a few weeks up to a few months, depending how frequently you send, and how large your list is.When you first starting sending campaigns to warm your account, Klaviyo typically recommends that you create and target to segments based on past email engagement over 30, 60, 90, 120, and 180 days. You will use these when sending over time, starting with your 30 day segment.If you send to inactive subscribers, you will risk of having your emails moved to spam by ESPs (like Google, Hotmail, etc.). Here is a guide that explains the warming process in more detail, and you can find more information on how to create engaged segments here. You’ll should always ensure you’re only sending campaigns to contacts who have opted in. Another tip to consider if you’ve already expanded to 180 days of email engagement is to consider pulling people into your segments based on certain

How to make sure klaviyo is sending emails?

Hi @JellyBeach, Are you trying to test the Abandoned Cart flow you set up in an incognito browser? Feel free to send screenshots of your flow filters so others in the Community can offer their suggestions as well.If you are looking to set up an Abandoned Cart flow, this article is pretty in-depth with how to properly set it up. Additionally, I'd add that there was a similar post in the Community where @mike.hoang shared the difference between "Added to Cart Abandoned Cart" (triggered by a custom metric) and "Abandoned Cart/Checkout" (triggered by the Shopify “Checkout Started” metric.
