Can you create a segment in 1 account based on another account?

Thank you. That response is very helpful. I see that Klaviyo has a tutorial about how to use the Klaviyo API. This sets me on the right path.Really appreciate your thorough response.

WooCommerce: at checkout how to get "Company" field pushed into Klaviyo?

Thanks Dov.We’re writing the code to push that additional field.I know this is outside your control, but it’s just weird that the default field named “Company” in WooCommerce doesn’t get pushed into Klaviyo automatically even though it may line up perfectly with Klaviyo’s default $organization field. Maybe I misunderstand what Klaviyo is doing.As a result we have to write our own custom code to push it.

Does the size of email images affect open rate or click-through?

Thanks for the reply. I’m not sure I understand. It sounds like you’re saying that an image in our Klaviyo library of say 1MB will not load any slower in the email browser than if we compressed it to say 100 KB. How does that work?

How to show a block conditionally based on whether a Custom Dimension CONTAINS some text?

Thanks both @Paul S and @retention !Will the conditional below that Paul S suggested work for a string?The property “School Name” is a string. Klaviyo’s documentation seems to suggest this structure works or searching arrays. But maybe it also works on a string?not "Montessori" in person|lookup:"School Name"And thank you for the help. I’m MUCH happier with Klaviyo than Mailchimp which didn’t allow any conditionals like this. They save us so much time!
