Merging two Klaviyo lists in one Klaviyo account

Dear Alex Thank you.  I have had a look at the guidance on importing transactional/event data through a csv import but I wonder if it would be a pretty thankless task and tricky to do in a way that will allow us to reliably import usable data? I guess that it might be better to simply merge the profiles through an import and then to refer to the obsolete subaccount data if we need to create specific segments on an ad hoc basis which we could then use to tag the relevant profiles in the live subaccount.  What would you suggest please? Thank you again. Michael

Merging two Klaviyo lists in one Klaviyo account

Dear Alex I am so sorry.  When I said two lists I meant two subaccounts within our overall Klaviyo account, each subaccount being linked to a separate Shopify store.  I did not mean two lists within one (sub)account.  Please see below.  I have blurred our our identifiable details.  Is that clear or even more confusing?  Thank you again. Michael

List segmentation

Dear JulieThank you for your suggestions.  That’s very helpful.  Please may I ask you: can I export, tag and reimport existing profiles?  If I can, that would help a lot.  Also, as well as the imported MC profiles located as Ashburn and Boardman, I am seeing a lot tagged as Las Vegas.  Do you happen to know if this is another default MC location attribution?Thanks so much.Michael

Shopify Order Tag not being passed to Klaviyo

I am using Customer Tagger.  Not sure what you mean by two open orders but Customer Tagger trigger is very customisable.

Shopify Order Tag not being passed to Klaviyo

I came up with a workaround that works very well for my use case.  My need was to send an email to customers who place orders for delivery to addresses in the EU.  So what I did was to set up a tagging automation in Shopify that tags customers when they place an order that satisfies the delivery condition.  I also set the app to auto remove the tag after a couple of hours.  The tag then syncs to the customer in Klaviyo.  I set up a flow in Klaviyo that triggers when an order is received but has a built in delay and that, after the delay, filters by that customer tag.  Hey presto - the flow works as intended without having to tag the order.   Is that helpful?

Shopify Order Tag not being passed to Klaviyo

I am having precisely the same issue.  It seems as though the transaction is syncing to Klaviyo before the tag is added in Shopify.  Klaviyo support have no solution besides telling me to apply the tag to the customer rather than the transaction - but that’s entirely useless for my flow.  Any ideas much appreciated.  Thank you.
