Where has the "Starred Lists and Segments" dashboard gone?

Thanks for your help with this @kaila.lawrence. Is it possible to create a dashboard like the old starred lists & segments? I really liked that I could see all of them on one page with the necessary growth metrics.Having to look through individual list/segment growth reports is time-consuming.

Spam email addersses being add to my audience

Hiya, this fits the same spam activity we have on our Shopify store (so I assume you’re using Shopify).In my research I’ve found that it is possible to send an HTTP POST request to https://shopify-store-domain.com/account to easily create a customer account, which bypasses Google reCAPTCHA (if you have it enabled on your store).In addition, our store is configured to sync customer accounts with Klaviyo, which means that even if the spam customer is not signed up to a list, they get added to our number of active profiles. With 200-600 spam accounts added each day, it adds up to a lot of junk in our Shopify and Klaviyo that we struggle to clean with a small team.This Shopify spam customer registration behaviour has been affecting us for over a year now (maybe even two?), and I’ve built some measures to evaluate new customers for potential spam which helps to limit it somewhat, but it is a reactive measure, one I have to constantly revise every few months as the spammers tweak their tacti

Flow notification with profile's data interpolated, not recipient's data

Hi @david.to, thanks for your clarification.Perhaps it’s an issue with the preview feature where it references the recipient’s email address instead of referring to the profile’s email address.

Flow notification opt-in for email address is not working

Hi @elisegaines We have only one From address that all the campaigns are successfully sent from, and I’ve tried it with two now (using our root domain and our sending domain) with no success.Could it be an issue with our email authentication method? Since our domain is already verified and we already have success with sending campaigns (and other Flow emails), it seems weird that the Flow notification action emails aren’t working.

Thanks @cassy.lee I’ve done some testing and I found that:{{ first_name }} and {{ last_name }} refer to the profile {{ email }} refers to the recipient’s email address I’ve tried {{ person.email }} and {{ person | lookup:”email” }} but it still points to the recipient’s email address, not the profile email addressIs there any other way to refer to the profile’s email address?To test, I selected the “Preview email” option in the notification settings in Flow editor, searched for a profile which doesn’t share my email address and then checked “Send as email” and sent it to my email address.

Hi @elisegaines thanks for the info.Email address does have grey dotted circle No messages from Klaviyo are in the spam folder We’re not sending from gmail/free serviceLooking back at our settings, we have a different sending domain (e.g. send.example.com) from our root domain (eg. example.com). I’m not sure which domain the opt-in emails are being sent from and if it’s causing an issue?
