Getting error message when adding custom property. What am I doing wrong?

That is fantastic! Thank you so much! I have spent hours trying to figure that out. I copied the code from a previous email but I’d put it in a word doc - it must have changed the ‘ things - thank you again, you have saved me a lot of trouble. 😊🙌

oh wow, that’s fixed it! Thanks @stephen.trumble I thought the table had to be dynamic but it’s all working as a static one now. Thanks very much for your help.

How to double check product links are working in Browse Abandonment Flow?

Hi @stephen.trumble Thanks for helping. I’m still having a few problems though. I have managed to fix the URL issue - which now works if I put this in the Link: (just in case anyone else has the problem)The issue I have now is a repeating product block - over and over, the data source is set like this: Do you know why it would be repeating and how to get it to just show once? Thanks again! Jinny

How to double check product links are working in Browse Abandonment Flow?

Hi @stephen.trumble thanks for your help with this. I’ve installed the “Viewed Product” tracking to the liquid file in Shopify. That seems to be set up correctly. The product block is set to static too so hopefully that’s ok. If I preview the email in Klaviyo it is populating with a product so that’s great. But the links don’t work.If I send myself a test email, and click on the product link, this is where I get the ‘page not found’ message looks like this:If I click on the SHOP NOW button - it doesn’t link anywhere and same with the product image. I just want to make sure that these are going to work when I set it live - but perhaps you can’t test this unless it’s live? But could this be because this is a test email and not that my links are broken? I just want to double check this before setting it live. Let me know what you think. Many thanks,Jinny

How to set up 3rd and 4th Customer Thank you

Ok I will do. I’ve gone for plain text emails on all these thank you’s - as I’m hoping to develop more of a connection with my subscribers than trying to promote more products to them. So they won’t get the click throughs but hopefully they could lead to more loyalty and less unsubscribes. Thanks again @Julia.LiMarzi for your help.

Thanks Julia, that’s great, I think I have sorted it. I took your advice and added the bit so the customer wouldn’t get more than 4 thank yous. I think 4 is quite a lot but let’s see how it performs!  thanks again for helping, really kind of you to talk me through this.  Best wishes, Jin

How to work out how many Placed Order from FB lead gen segment?

Hi @stephen.trumble Thanks for writing back. There is data in those two fields - both in “Filled Out Lead Ad” and “Placed Order”  but if I remove the “Filled Out Lead Ad” it shows the same data for the “Placed Order” - so the columns aren’t linked - if that makes sense.  For instance, I want to know how many people who filled out the Lead Ad then went on to place an order. But it’s just showing me how many people filled out a lead ad. AND how many people placed an order - so there is no link between the two. It’s two separate bits of data rather than linked.Is there a way to get the data to show who filled out the lead ad and then who went on to place an order?Thanks for your help : )

Actually, this report just shows me who ‘Placed Order’ and not who ‘Filled out Lead Ad’ AND then ‘Placed Order’There doesn’t seem to be a way to see that - or am I missing something?

Thanks very much Joseph, that’s really helpful. I’ve set up the report now. Yes, I think it would be a good idea to set up the flow like you say - a separate one for FB Lead Gen. I did try this by cloning my Welcome Series but it’s a little tricky and I was worried I would end up emailing them twice through my normal Welcome Series too. Anyway, that’s another issue to tackle another day! Thanks for your help with this. Best wishes, Jinny
