Unable to See Klaviyo Form Submissions Events in Google Analytics / Shopify

I found myself here with a similar problem but with G4 and not universal analytics.Events are being tracked in UA at the cost of the bounce not tracking correctly.The problem is I have the event tags installed but they aren’t being tracked in the new G4 Google analytics.

Custom metric for page views

So I was able to get it to work with the help of support by adding a bit of script to the same page.<script type="text/javascript" async="" src="https://static.klaviyo.com/onsite/js/klaviyo.js?company_id=XXXXXXX"></script>With my company ID where those Xs are.

Custom metric for page views

Hey Brian, Thanks for the response.I tested with a email address that has been cookied and already tracking API calls through the website.I can see the entire website activity “viewed product” & “add to cart” the nothing when the user visits the page with the code. The script is implemented and located next to another similar script which is active and firing correctly.

Thanks David. Yes I could segment an email for folks who made a purchase and those who didn’t. I already have flows that do just that.What I’m trying to do is show/hide a block in a template depending on purchase history.“Conditional Settings” is what i’m working with here.

That’s great to hear! Klaviyo is indeed tracking orders from Woocommerce.Now which condition would I use to only display a block to folks who have ordered once or have never ordered before?
