Abandoned cart reminder flow cannot be activated

Hey stephen, thanks for the answer!We’re looking to access to abandoned cart reminder flow (the default pre-built Klaviyo flow) but we can’t because we do not satisfy the second prerequisite: “this flow requires setting up a special add to cart metric”Beforehand: we have not yet activated the paid plan.So, I hope we will be able to access to abandoned cart reminder flow (the default pre-built Klaviyo flow) as soon as we pay klaviyo plan.Also, we don’t find any klaviyo script in our source code, are these problems up to the payment of the plan?If these problems are not up to the payment plan, we will go deeper with our dev team, following your developer API add to cart document Please, let me know!Thanks!

How can I Import a .csv with a custom property to match the 'Placed Order' event ?

Hey Taylor,  I really appreciate your help! Unfortunately, our shop in shopify has been created from scratch and we are launching it!So we haven’t any past orders/data to integrate with klaviyo.Please can I ask you to help me also with this question: Thank you so much!

How can I Import a .csv with a custom property to match the 'Placed Order' event ?

Hey Taylor, thanks for the answer!Unfortunately, I think it’s not a problem of integration because we migrated from mailchimp.In mailchimp there was no data about client’s orders, just some datas about subscriber/unsubscribers.However I will go deep dive in this scenario with the help of klaviyo support team and/or I will create a custom property via .csv.

Mailchimp migration

Alex, thank you so much for you answer!We’re following all these steps and we’re pretty sure we can reach our goal!To answer your requests, here’s our situation:we don’t have mailchimp in shopify; we’re using the integration via API from Mailchimp to Klaviyo; Klaviyo is already integrated in our shopify and we didn’t sign the advanced option in the shopify integration “Update Shopify customer profiles with Klaviyo data” (screen); klaviyo dashboard -→ integration   Just one last quick question: First, we’re migrating and integrating, as second step, our mailchimp contacts to klaviyo; Second, we’re importing our proprietary database of contacts via .csv file in “customers” section from shopify dashboard;in order to be sure to not merge/mix the .csv database contacts from shopify and the integrated contacts from mailchimp,  what do you think about this steps (first + second)?Is it the correct order or do we have to change and reverse the order of execution?Thanks.
