Flow Filter not working - Person that purchased is getting emails for non purchasers

I recently set up a new coupon welcome flow that has a conditional split at the beginning. People that HAVEN'T purchased get a coupon code and some emails to drive the purchase. People that have purchased get a standard welcome email. However, someone that DID make a purchase after entering the flow is continuing to get the welcome flow. What is wrong with my setup that it isn’t removing people when they purchase mid flow? I was under the impressions these filters only need to be applied once and people will be removed when they meet the condition later.  Troubleshooting notes:I verified that the user used the same email to purchase and enter the listusers purchased at 2:53pm and received the next email in the flow at 6:56pm so there was plenty of time for them to be removed from the flow

Subscribe to back in stock reports Error "Select a valid choice. 0 is not one of the available choices."

Hello,There is an error when I am trying to create a scheduled report of back in stock subscribers for a shopify store. "Select a valid choice. 0 is not one of the available choices."Is it maybe because we haven’t create a flow yet? So we don’t have any data. Thanks!

product feed that leaves out products people have aged out of

Hi, I’m a complete newbie with Klaviyo and am hoping for suggestions.We sell items to pregnant people and new parents. I’d like to show customers a “you may also like” dynamic product block that only includes products that are relevant for the stage they are at (pregnant, have a newborn 0-3 months, have a baby between 3 months to 1 year old, have a toddler, etc). For example if they have already had their baby they should not see childbirth prep classes. We have set up a  “Birth Date” custom profile attribute where we collect a date that is either their due date or the baby’s birth date.I was thinking I would use a combination of display logic and product feeds that would include only relevant collections to make sure they only see relevant items but I can not figure out the logic that would work for it. Any ideas?  To note we do not have a birth date for everyone so we will also need a block option that is more general and apply to almost everyone. THANKS!

Campaign with abandoned Cart, Checkout link not working

Hello together,I have activated my flow for the canceled shopping carts.Unfortunately, this does not send to the previous abandoned carts, but only from now on. Therefore, I have now simply created a segment for the old ones and would like to send a separate campaign to the abandoned carts from 4-5 days ago. (From now on it runs automatically through the flow)Unfortunately, the {{ event.extra.checkout_url}} URL on the button does not work. The button remains unclickable in the mail. I think because it was not started properly via a flow. But via a campaign. (But the criteria for the segment are the same as for the flow)Can someone here give me the link how the customer gets to his correct last shopping cart?Thank you very much

Sharp Dropoff in Open Rates after switching to Branded Sender

Hello, I switched to the branded sender domain about 3 weeks ago and have seen a significant drop in open rates from about 40-50% to about 14%.  The drop off in open rate has to be a direct result of the domain ship as nothing else has changed. I am seeing this performance difference across all email types, including sale focused emails and information focused emails. I have not done any warming practices as my understanding from the Klayvio guidelines was that I wouldn’t have to. Is there anything I can do to help troubleshoot this drop?

Branded sending domain saying "pending"

Hello. I am trying to set up the branded sending domain but can’t even get past the 1st step. It’s saying “pending” at the first step when I go to set up the branded sending domain. I don’t have an option to “add”. This is stressing me out as I don’t know what to do, there are no instructions on how to trouble shoot this. HELP!

List import/segmentation struggle

Hey Klaviyo crew, this might be a bit of a long one so hopefully I can get my point across as best as possible.  So, I am managing a new list for a client that recently switched over from SquareSpace to Shopify (Literally within the past week). The list contains about 1600 people and the client had manually imported it from SS. The problem I am having is that many people in the list are under a “Not subscribed” metric but they are on the main list. So something I did was head into Shopify to segment customers who’s email_subscription_status = Subscribed. What I am getting is a list of a little over 1200 people who are SUBSCRIBED. My question is, should I export this list as a CSV and import it into Klaviyo and build the list from there or continue using the “Main List” with the 1600 users explained earlier even though some are “not subscribed” and some have also unsubscribed.  I’m just having trouble getting everything correctly configured because all of my segments (Like x days engage

A/B Test Post-Purchase Flow in Shopify

I have created a post-purchase flow in Klaviyo with three emails, which include: Order confirmation  While you wait  Reminder to get started to use product For each email I am A/B testing. I want to understand the following: How do I integrate this flow and A/B testing into Shopify? From what I have read the only option right now is to copy/paste the HTML for the email template from Klaviyo to Shopify but this means there is no A/B testing available for the order conf? If I want to A/B test is my only option to use a standard order confirmation (no A/B test) and then have the remaining triggered in Klaviyo for the user to receive (this I can A/B test)?Any suggestions or input would be helpful thank you!

POST API command using Alteryx

Hi! I'm trying to use Alteryx to run the Create or Update Profile command to post updated attributes in Klaviyo. I keep getting "An object with data is required" error, even though I have data selected in the payload. I think my syntax is incorrect but I'm not sure how to fix this. Below are screen shots of the POST command to update the organization for a profile.

Hey! I'm looking to integrate a referral code in my post-purchase email flow. Where customers can give 10$ to a friend and when the friend makes a purchase with this code, the customer also receives a 10$ discount. Is there any WooCommerce plugin I can use that allows me to make these emails in klavio.

What characters are supported in the email field of Profiles?

Good day Klaviyo People!We are noticing quite a lot of 400s when doing identify/track calls to Klaviyo. It looks like a lot of email addresses that we get through Shopify can't be processed through Klaviyo. One example is non-ascii email addresses as mentioned in this other post:But in our system we see it's not limited to non-ascii characters but there are quite a lot of characters that create issues when sending events to Klaviyo.I looked at the docs but couldn't find anything. Could you provide what is the subset of email addresses that are valid email addresses in Klaviyo? Like a regex you use internally or the set of characters supported?

Domain Reputation Sudden Drop after Applying DMAR SPF DKIM

Hi,After recent update of DMARC we are facing deliverability issue, We applied the settings on the start of Feb 2024, and from the day after our domain reputation dropped from high to bad, that was shocking.Also, in new google postmaster, another error “From Header Alignment” is visible, we checked all the settings and found no issues in anything. Is any of you have idea to resolve this issue.

Link Error for Abandoned Cart

Back-in-stock flow is no longer available

I am installing “back in stock” via the standard Klaviyo Shopify app, but now the back-in-stock flow in the Flow library, is no longer there when having to set up the flow. It’s therefore not correct what is mentioned  in the article for creating the flow (see image)Please let me know what I’m missing.

Hello, I want to create a flow that split people who in the last purchase, ordered: One product More than 1 product, but less or equal to 7 More than 7 product in the orderSo, I created this flow and I want to know what’s your opinion and also if I have to enter some filter at the beginning at the flow to target customers everytime with just the last order they made.and also if possible: if a customer order now just a product to enter the flow with “brought only one product” email, but if after a month order 3 products to enter at “Bought more than 1, but less than 7”.What’s your opnion about what I’ve created below?

Issue on Flows?

Will the double opt-in email be sent to all contacts when we back populate a flow?here’s what happened.I created a new pop-up form and contacts go to a new list, a new welcome flow (3 emails) triggered by contacts going to the new list.I turned on the form, and email #1 of my welcome flow. the list has double opt-in.I tested by signing up to the new pop-up, expecting to receive the double opt-in email and welcome email #1 which is LIVE. I received the double opt-in email but after few minutes, I did not receive welcome email 1.  What happened was, I added old contacts (back populate), and the horror happened - a lot of existing profiles received a double opt-in email.I already turned off the pop-up, and welcome email #1, but the existing contacts still received the double opt-in email.Is that normal? Did I make a mistake in doing the back-populate?  Was that supposed to happen?All the while I thought the existing contacts will not receive anything since my welcome flow trigger was “whe

I want to add a signup form to an existing Webflow page that adds users to a list in Klaviyo. Do I need to embed a Klaviyo signup form on the Webflow page or can I have a Webflow form call Klaviyo in Javascript and just POST the user’s contact information to Klaviyo somehow?

Please stop deleting SMS conversations for merged accounts

Hi there, Can Klaviyo please stop deleting SMS conversations for profiles that were merged manually or automatically?I have reported this situation several times and every time I was told “it was going to be looked into” but, of course nothing happened. You have a customer that subscribes to a list via SMS, they send SMS then make an order on the website.After the order is made, Klaviyo automatically merges the profile (based on the phone number) then poof! Their SMS conversation magically disappears and you can’t get in touch via SMS (unless you create a campaign?! just for this individual).This is just one example.Profiles can be merged manually and automatically by Klaviyo and every time this happens, their SMS conversations disappear from the conversations page and the only way to check the history is to spend a lot of time analyzing tens of not hundreds of activities on their profiles.
