Metric Failing: Form completed by profile

Hi There :) The Metric “Form completed by profile” stopped working a month ago on all our accounts. We use the klaivyo form as a “succes page” for subscribers. For example when they click “No thanks to product reviews”. This metric this usually created is also used to trigger flows and segments. example:<a href="{% update_property_link 'product_reviews' 'no' 'https://www.sinful.dk/#afmeld-produktanmeldelser' %}" style="text-decoration: underline; color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"><span style="font-family: 'Plus Jakarta Sans', Verdana;">Frameld her</span></a> Does anybody know why it could have stopped working (At the same time accross 11 accounts). Thanks!

Pass an event property to dynamically choose which product feed to show in custom HTML email?

We have a viewed collection event we want to use to trigger a Collection Abandonment type email, where we encourage shoppers to come back and see more from the collection. We have dozens of collections.We want to be able to use a product feed to show them more from the collections, but we don’t want an individual collection abandonment flow for each collection.I know we can use custom HTML to pull the feeds.FEED_NAME_HERE to gather products. My question is, could we pass in and use an event variable in a flow that then allows us to do feeds.{{ event.extra.collectionname }}, such that if we pass in the collection name in the same syntax as the feed names, we could dynamically determine which feed we want to pull in the email?Is this possible?

I’m looking to access the list of back in stock requests past and open via API, but I can only find documentation around adding to the subscription. Is there an automated way to do this?I found a thread from 3 years ago saying it wasn’t possible, I’m hoping that’s changed.

Listing our shopify app on Klaviyo Integrations Directory

Hello all!We have a quiz app on Shopify. Our customers use Klaviyo to achieve various goals of their own. Since we have a lot of customers who use Klaviyo, we recently decided to partner up and create our own app on Klaviyo, so that in the future we may be able to apply for a partnership!However, we would need some help on this. As some of you might know, on Shopify - when someone installs an app, then the app actually opens in an iframe shopify’s own embedded app mechanism called app bridge. Apart from that, the only authentication method that we allow is shopify’s own token based authentication. This is needed for us so that we authorize and identify a user in our app’s backend.The challenge we are facing now is that we want to publicly list our app (which is not reviewed yet) on Klaviyo’s integration directory, and for that we would need atleast some context on who’s installing it on our backend. How to set up a daily push notification flow in Klaviyo?

Hello everyone,I’m looking to set up a recurring flow in Klaviyo that sends a daily push notification reminder to a specific group of subscribers. For example, a reminder for daily meditation, sent at a fixed time each day.The challenge I’m facing is that Klaviyo flows seem to only allow users to enter them once. However, my goal is to re-trigger the flow daily for users who have actively subscribed to receive these reminders.Does anyone know the best way to set up such a flow? Is there a workaround or method to ensure it re-triggers automatically each day?Thanks in advance for your help!

How can I automatically send an email for each new blog post with the title and content of the post ?

Hello,I created a website where I send an advice every morning to my paying subscribers. Every morning I create a blog post with the advice so people can see it after login. I would like that each day when I publish a blog post that an email is sent automatically to my customers with the title and content of my blog post. Or at leats everyday an email whith the link of the blog.

Is it possible to use one cloned flow from another account?

I’ve integrated Klaviyo API in my project. I’ve multiple accounts linked to my parent account, and mine is not an admin account. I’ve cloned one of the existing flow, but within my account. If I made the flow live, and triggered that email from my code, does this works or will throw any error?

Dynamic coupon codes expiration based on user join date for custom integrated website

Hi Community,I'm working with a custom-integrated website, and I’m looking to create a flow that sends a unique coupon code to each user when they join. Problem is, I want each coupon to expire exactly 3 days after the user joins the flow, but Klaviyo's coupon options only allow for expiration on a specific date or to never expire.Here’s what I’m trying to achieve:User A joins the flow on November 25, receives a unique coupon code, and it expires on November 28. User B joins the flow on November 27, receives a different coupon, and it expires on November 30.I’m considering generating the coupons using this Create Coupon Code API.Thank you!

I have a question regarding the deliverability of email campaigns when including external links. We are planning to send an email with a Google Drive link to a document containing affiliate information for our website. The email will also contain links to our affiliate's website.My concern is whether including a Google Drive link (which might be considered an external file-sharing link) or third-party affiliate links could negatively impact the deliverability of the email, potentially triggering spam filters or causing our email to land in the spam folder.Has anyone experienced issues with including Google Drive links or affiliate URLs in Klaviyo campaigns? I need to hide a product from my klaviyo flows from my shopify site

I have an addon product “shipping.protection” to all my orders that is preselected and most people buy. I don’t want that to show in my abandoned cart flows. How do i go on about fixing that? It is in it’s own collection on shopify. Thank you in advance

Help with Dynamic Data Passed from Zapier

Hello,I’m fairly new to Klaviyo and so far, I’m enjoying the flexibility it offers. It’s been a while since I’ve taken advantage of email marketing and my head is spinning from all the possibilities!That said, I’m trying to figure out some ways to integrate my email marketing into existing Zaps I have in Zapier and am becoming overwhelmed in the process.I’ll explain my overall situation, then my automation in Zapier for some background and finally ask how to tie this into Klaviyo.SituationWe have a lot of innovation items that go through various phases (hardware dev, software dev, tooling, beta testing, production, etc) and along the way, I want to update people whenever a phase is completed as well as provide them with an estimate on how long the next phase will take and when they can expect shipment of the product as we open up pre-orders in the early phases.ZapierI have a Google Sheet that I use to change the various phases and select an updated date for the completion of that phase

Klaviyo flow sends email when manually fired but not on insert

I have a klaviyo list with all profiles dropped and new profiles inserted at midnight through a python script. My flow triggers an email to be sent when a profile is inserted into the table and my script works as expected with the profile insertion dates I can clearly see on klaviyo. Everything is fine with all this BUT klaviyo doesn’t send the mail automatically when a profile is inserted into the list. I onced fired the email myself and it sent properly but now I don’t event remember how I did it. These profiles are not entirely new so it might be that Klaviyo is not sending emails to the same addresses.

Very slow and ineffcient API

I need the list of bounced emails with the bounce reason, the full list, every day at least once. I have 3,500 suppressed profiles (ATM) where I have to query a separate event search to find out the reason for the bounce. It is very slow. Your competitors have an API that can provide this very quickly in one query without pagination in just seconds. With Klaviyo, it takes an hour.

magento module uninstalled but still JavaScript

Hi,We used the official Magento plugin via composer for about a year or so, but recently we're forced to stop using.We followed instructions to disable and remove, and inside admin config area etc are gone.However we still see a load of JavaScript on the front page.Does anyone know how to remove this pls? Thanks

Subdomain - Offer Different Popups/Sales/Flows? Same sending domain

Hi, Wondering what’s the best way to set it up so I can have separate flows, popups etc for different subdomains (.com and .com/ca) as Canadian and USD prices are different, as are the sales.The sending domain is still the same for both, info@.com Do I need 2 Klaviyo accounts, using the same sending domain?
