Back in stock notifications not working - BigCommerce

Hi folks, I’ve recently installed this following the Klaviyo documentation, however it doesn’t appear to be working. I’ve used the “inspect” tool in chrome and I can see the code snippet on the page for an out of stock item, but that’s about as far as my expertise goes with troubleshooting, and as usual, all the other posts I can find about this not working are specific to Shopify, rather than BigCommerce. Does anyone have any suggestions?Thanks!

Back in Stock Button Not Working

Hello,Is there anyone out there that might be able to help me out with this issue?Problem: When selecting a product that is sold out - #1 the notify me when back in stock button is not showing up. #2 But, when the product page is refreshed it does show up - #3 however it will show up even for products that are in stock (right under the add to cart button)I attached a few screen shots of the code and what the buttons looks like. 1,2,3If someone has experienced this and can help me out it would be super helpful. Thanks in advance!

Issue Connecting Klaviyo To WooCommerce - 404 Error

Hi there, I am trying to install Klaviyo on WooCommerce. Unable to integrate Klaviyo with Magento 2.4.3

Hello Everyone, I am having issue in Klaviyo integration with Magento 2. I have added public and private keys as suggested in documentation but when I try to start the integration by clicking on activate button. It throws error with the consumer isn’t authorised to access the resource Below is the screenshot of error I am on Magento 2.4.3. Please help to fix this issue.

How to change from real-time to batch updates for WooCommerce Integration

How do I change the settings for the WooCommerce/Klaviyo integration so that data no longer syncs in real-time? The integration causes issues during times of high web traffic because of the sheer volume of data that gets sent when a user is active on the website / makes a purchase. We have been advised that Klaviyo offers the option of batch updates. Can anyone advise on how I can change this setting?

Adding data elements for order confirmation

I need to add some additional event variables to my order confirmation email. This is a Salesforce Commerce Cloud integration. Does this data just need to be available in the data layer, or does it need to be specifically sent to Klaviyo as part of the event?

Add total TAX to Placed Order?

Hello!What is the best way to add the total tax in a placed order event? Woo not sending JSON - No historical sync - Dev needed

Hello.I have a couple of woo sites. One works well with Klaviyo, and one will not work despite my best efforts. The woocommerce integration fails on historical sync.Klaviyo tech support have helped narrow down a few things:It’s not a plugin (turned them all off) It’s not a permalink issue (rebuilt permalinks) It’s not a user-agent being blocked by my hostThey think its due to an error of unknown type on a product page.I can’t see any errors on any product pages, and Woo’s not flagging anything as out of normal order.The error generated when attempting a historical sync is “Invalid JSON: Expecting value: line 1 column 1 (char 0)” and indeed, the content is HTML.The traceback provided by Klaviyo tech support doesn’t point at anything in particular on my site being a problem.Basically, I think I need a developer who knows Woocommerce and Klaviyo integrations. Anyone recommend someone they trust?

Why am I seeing an Invalid WSDL file at domain message when integrating with Magento?

When trying to add integration from Klaviyo (Magento ver. 1.14.4.1), receive the following message:Invalid WSDL file at https://www.mydomain.com. Received error message: "<unknown>:1:0: no element found." Please contact support or forward this error to your technical team.)  Any ideas?

How to stop woocommerce historical sync?

Hi everyone, I understand that once I setup everything with woocommerce plugin, it will automatically start sync historical data. Is there a way I can limit the sync to certain number of contacts? Or not sync at all?Thank You,AD

Hello, how can I paginate through the multiple pages in my response. I got that we need to use the “next” field but I’m not sure which parameter is used for it. I’m unable to find documentation related to the same. Thank You.

Magento 2.4.1 Integration Issue

Following the instruction to install the extension for magento 2.4.3 I came across an error when activating the integration. Once click integrate Magento 2 on the popup window, I was told the error message below. I double checked the API details are correct, and also the firewall Sucuri is not blocking Klaviyo. Anyone has experienced the same issue?  There was an error while integrating your Klaviyo account with Magento 2. Klaviyo is unable to connect to Magento ver. 1.10.1.1

Seems when I try to add Magento 1 integration I get a success message thenIf I wait for it to sync (5 minutes or so) then receive this notification: Your Magento integration's historical import has failed.Klaviyo is unable to connect to Magento.Please check Magento and update your settings to re-enable sync. If you have any questions, please check out our support resources for further assistance.I removed the integration and re-created the account but to no avail.

Magento 2 Private API Key field in general settings is disabled

Magento version: 2.4.1Klaviyo version: 3.0.9 Installing with ComposerOn local machine with custom domain name (.local)No TLS/SSL certificate I can’t follow the instruction from https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005254348-How-to-Integrate-with-Magento-2-x-CE-and-EE-#install-with-composer--2-4--2 since the “Private Klaviyo API Key” field is disabled for no reason. After Composer installation, I’ve already run:`bin/magento module:enable Klaviyo_Reclaim --clear-static-content``bin/magento setup:upgrade``bin/magento setup:static-content:deploy -f` I’ve also tried uninstalling the extension and re-install it again using Composer. Nothing works. Please help.

Zoho Integration Will Not Sync

I am on a free account, testing out the Klaviyo platform, and I tried to set up a Zoho CRM integration on Friday. When I checked back in on it yesterday the status of the sync was still listed as “sync in progress”. I deleted that sync and tried again to sync yesterday but I am still running into the same issue. When I go in and click on the “update zoho settings” button I get a red notification that says “There was an unknown issue trying to connect”. I have 5 custom fields that I wanted to sync over to Klaviyo and I have confirmed that I have listed them out as they are labeled under the Zoho API. I don’t think list size is an issue because we only have a list of 102 leads in Zoho.Does anyone know why this integration won’t sync? Is it perhaps because I am on a free account? Or because the Zoho account is on a free trial? Is there somewhere I have to go under Zoho to grant access to Klaviyo (I looked under developer tools and don’t see any prompts under my zoho account)?

Magento 2 Sync failing With Klaviyo

We’re trying to Sync Magento 2 With Klaviyo, - We’ve done everything correctly. - However we can’t even figure out exactly what the error is as all we’re prompted with is the message below.  Your Magento 2 integration's periodic sync has failed.Klaviyo is receiving server errors from Magento 2.Please check Magento 2 and update your settings to re-enable sync. How can retrieve all of my events?

I am trying to retrieve all of my events. I understand that the metrics/timeline API only allows me to retrieve a batch of 100 events. How am I able to get the next 100 and eventually retrieve them all?

Anybody successful with getting Order ID from OpenCart into Klaviyo?

I’m trying to create dynamic thank you pages using Klaviyo, to thank customers who bought products off an OpenCart store.  OpenCart store version: Version 3.0.3.1 I used this extension to integrate OpenCart to Klaviyo: https://www.opencart.com/index.php?route=marketplace/extension/info&extension_id=38017 All works well, BUT – the ORDER ID doesn’t seem to be sent over to Klaviyo, and I’m unable to find a event merge tag for it:  Am I missing something here – or is there something custom that I’ve to do?  Appreciate any direction or help.

IP Address List to Whitelist

Can someone please provide a list of IP addresses to be whitelisted? I use SiteLock and the firewall is blocking the integration process for WooCommerce. I have been waiting and searching for almost a week now and have not been able to find this information.
