How do I collect consent for SMS through desktop signups?

Hi there.I am a bit confused about collecting consent for SMS which I will describe below.I have a form that confirms opt-in for SMS that only shows up on a mobile. This is easy to configure because of the special "Subscribe via SMS" action button that you can put in mobile only forms. So people click that button on their mobile, they get sent a text message asking them to "Join" the list. That problem I have is this...I have the same setup on a desktop. I have the same sort of form but it only shows on desktop. People have to manually type in their phone number to sign up for SMS and press "Send me texts". But I don't know how to get their consent for the list it sends them to this way. I've tested it with myself and nothing happens asking me to confirm my sign up on my phone. If the list they are configured to join has "double opt-in" checked or "single opt-in" checked, they just join the list anyway. So it appears to not matter if I have double or single opt-in checked.I hope I expl

Major Bug: cannot use Klaviyo on the same browser

I hope I’m not exaggerating the situation but it’s quite annoying. Please let me know if this is happening to any of you. I’ve already submitted a ticket about it.Basically there is a bug where if I am logged into Klaviyo and have it open, I cannot edit, create, delete or do literally anything if I have got another Klaviyo tab open on the same browser at the same time.For example, I am editing a new flow I am making. I don’t understand something so I google it and it takes me to a post on the Klaviyo website. I find the solution and go back to my other tab where my flow is. I cannot do anything now in my flow. I can’t add new bits, drag stuff around, edit existing emails/texts. If I press exit I get Error 403.The only way I can stop this from happening is if I close the whole browser and delete my cookies. But then I have to sign in again to everything and it’s a hassle.I’ve tested this a bunch of times and it happens every single time. Even on forum posts and submitting tickets, I can

Is it possible to send random samples for certain products depending on what was viewed? (Browse abandonment assistance)

Hi all.Sorry if the title doesn’t make much sense. It’s difficult to sum up.This is what I want to achieve…Imagine a customer views a 3 different (digital) products. I have free samples for them all but only want to send one free sample. I want it to be randomly decided. This would be a link in an email flow to a download.I want klaviyo to look at what was viewed and do something like this...If a customer views only 1 product, they will be sent a free sample for that.If they view 2 products, they will be sent a sample for one of them (randomly)If they view 3 products, they will be sent a sample for one of them (randomly)and so on for how many products they viewed.Is this possible to configure? Thanks for any help.
