Sign-up form on cart content - exclusions

Hi everyone, I’m working on a popup with the new feature “sign-up form to appear based on cart contents”.What I’m trying to do:When a person adds to cart product X, trigger a popup that shows product YWhat I’m struggling with:How to exclude people that ALREADY have also product Y in the cart Thank you for all your suggestions!

Mailchimp migration not importing data

Hello, I just completed a migration from Mailchimp to Klaviyo. I made sure that “import open and click data” were flagged, however I don’t have any historical data on my user list. I also tried to redo the importing, but nothing changed. The integration automatically added the metrics “opened email (mailchimp)” and “clicked email (mailchimp)”, however even if I select these metrics on a segment, the segment is empty. How can I restore the data and, more so, how can I do the warm-up of the account if I don’t have any data?

Abandoned Cart Shopify / Dynamic elements no longer working

Hello, I have an abandoment cart flow that has been active for months and worked perfectly fine, but It suddenly failed to load the dynamic elements in the email blocks.Here the details:Trigger: add to cart Dynamic table setting: event.extra.line_items Image: {{ item.product.images.0.thumb_src }} Price: {{item.line_price}} Product: {{item.title}}I already tried to troubleshoot this starting new from a pre-made cart flow, but this doesn’t work either, the blocks don’t populate. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
