understanding metric usage

Hi! Wondering if there’s a way to pull a report of all of the metrics in our account based on usage. I know we mainly use a handful of metrics and the rest are occasionally used or likely never used and just sitting in our account. We’re nearing our limit and I’d like to get rid of the metrics we don’t use but I don’t want to make a guess or go on a needle in a haystack hunt to find those. Is it possible to pull a metrics report and see what is unused?

Avoid triggering cancellation emails as one-offs

Hi all!We’ve removed all transactionals from Shopify and have them in Klaviyo now which is 99% great. The 1% is when we want to manually cancel or place an order without notifying the customer (rare but it does happen). Shopify has a “do not notify customer” checkbox in the order flow but, with those emails now being in Klaviyo, that checkbox won’t keep Klaviyo from sending the emails (or will it??). Is there a way to keep Klaviyo from sending a transactional email but as a one-off circumstance?

Strange profile changes happening - but why?

Need some detective work assistance here:For some reason, at some point through a customer engagement, the customer profile on Klaviyo changes their First Name to "Whole" and Last Name to "Nutrition Infant Formula". (Our product descriptor is “Whole Nutrition Infant Formula”). We do not know when this change is happening and have spent a lot of time looking at events from the website and have not been able to identify a clear culprit. Every other system has the correct profile info: Segment, Amplitude, Shopify, Recharge, etc. It is only Klaviyo that has the wrong information. Is there a way to look at a log of changes to a profile? If we could see when a profile changed we could easily track it to an event. Alternatively, it is unclear which events update the profile vs just adding properties - maybe that could help?
