When customer reaches "Order Taken" page how do we push a custom variable into Klaviyo?

We’re running Klaviyo on a WooCommerce site.  We have the Klaviyo SDK running.At the moment the customer places an order and reaches the “Thank You” page, how do we add a custom variable into the payload sent to Klaviyo so that it gets into the customer’s Klaviyo profile?More specifically, we are trying to push into Klaviyo a specific cookie value we set in the customer’s browser.  It’s easy enough to get the cookie value (whether in JavaScript or PHP).  But how do we hook into the payload that Klaviyo sends with the ‘order complete’ event and add our custom value / property? We weren’t able to find an answer in Klaviyo’s documentation.

WooCommerce: at checkout how to get "Company" field pushed into Klaviyo?

It looks like Klaviyo’s plugin for Wordpress may not push the “Company” field at checkout into Klaviyo.So we don’t have in Klaviyo the customer’s company name.Has anyone found a way to get the “Company” field into Klaviyo when an order is made?  (or a cart is abandoned)?Weird that this doesn’t work by default.I’m a software developer so I can copy, paste, modify code if anyone can share.

Can you create a segment in 1 account based on another account?

We have 2 accounts in klaviyo (both accessible from the same user accounts).We’d like to be able to email everyone in “Account A” but not if they are also in “Account B”.Is there a way to do this?We’ve tried:When we try to create segments in “Account A” it of course is not aware of any profiles in “Account B”.   The two accounts seem unaware of each other. We’re trying to avoid having to manually export all email addresses from  “Account B” and importing into “Account A” every time we send a campaign emailAny suggestions please?

How do you search for all users at a domain like @mycompany.com or @mcdonalds.com?

In the “search for someone” box at the top of every page how to we search for all profiles that are at a domain like @mycompany.com or @mcdonalds.com? We can only search by email handle, like johnsmith and janesmith.  We don’t seem able to search by the domain.  So if one of our profiles is johnsmith@mycompany.com we can only find that profile by searching for  johnsmith (or a fragment of that).  We can’t find it by @mycompay.com. Seems weird.  We often want to find all profiles for specific domain names.

Does the size of email images affect open rate or click-through?

Has anyone noticed a difference in email open rate or click-through rate if the email contains large images so that the total email is 500 KB, 1 MB, even 1.5 MB?The reason is that we could work faster if we could upload to Klaviyo our full images and not have to worry about tweaking their dimensions, quality and format to get them as small as possible (as we do on our website).For example one image might be a PNG that is 417 KB but if we optimized it we could make it a JPG at 84 KB.Is that worth the effort?

How to show a block conditionally based on whether a Custom Dimension CONTAINS some text?

Glad to be new to Klaviyo!Our profiles contain a Custom Dimension called “School Name” that might contain the word “Montessori” in it.  But it might be a longer string like “Park Street Montessori School” or “Hilltop Montessori School”.In flows, what string do we write in this box to conditionally show (or hide)  a template box if it CONTAINS a word?  Is it person|lookup:’School Name’ LIKE ‘Montessori’ or maybe person|lookup:”School Name” CONTAINS ‘Montessori’ ?Klaviyo’s tutorials seem to only use the “=” equal sign.  But we are looking for “contains”
