FAQ: Klaviyo Updates to Customer Support Offerings

Klaviyo Updates to Customer Support Offerings At Klaviyo, we want to ensure our customers are always getting the support they need. Whether it's through interactions with the Klaviyo team, consulting with peers in the Community, or reading Help Center articles, we aim to provide a comprehensive set of resources to help you troubleshoot. Please note that we are making changes to our support model starting on February 1st, 2023 for any customers on a free account plan, that may impact the level of support accessible to you as an existing user. Any new users joining on our free account plans our platform starting on December 1st, 2022 will also be impacted by these changes. What changes are being made? Starting on December 1st, 2022, existing free users will begin a 60 day trial of email support. For any new free users, we are also offering a 60 day trial of email support for those who join our platform after this date. No support changes are being made for any of our paid account plans

Before building out your holiday content calendar, it’s important to identify the groups of people that you want to target during the holiday season. How did you get started with Klaviyo? With a lot of enthusiasm, learning as much as I can and trying out everything. What message do you have for people new to Klaviyo? Klaviyo is an awesome tool with lots of possibilities. It's an easy to use platform. The biggest limitation is your own creativity. When starting out be sure to setup your account correctly, change UTM settings and personalize the list subscribe and unsubscribe settings. Make sure you have at least an abandoned cart, browse abandonment and new subscriber flow setup including adding a popup. What is your favorite part of Klaviyo? My favorite part about Klaviyo is the unlimited possibilities it gives you. It integrates easily with a lot of tools and if there is no integration setting up custom integrations is also very simple because Klaviyo provides a lot of development resources on how to do so. I sell skincare products and want to create a workflow that sends an email to my existing customers. A reminder to stock up on the products they have purchased in the past. I would like the emails to populate the products that were purchased in the past. For example: " Are you running low on your blank cleanser? (shows a picture of the product they purchased before) buy today so you don't run out". The abandoned cart workflow populates the items in the cart, I'm hoping I can find a way to do this for restocking a product. Any ideas? (Answered in the video) This sounds like
