QR code on product packaging to redirect to a unique sign-up form

Hi there, I am wanting to create a sign up form that will link to a QR code that goes into my product packaging.So, I want it to trigger a specific flow, but not visible on my website.How do I do that?I want to encourage people to sign up once they receive the box, but I want the messaging and flow to be different to my sign up form that I currently have embedded on my website.

Unwanted spaces in my body text

Hi there,My body text is creating huge spaces in the preview, but doe not show in my typing box.How can I get rid of them as I am creating a campaign message?

Sign up forms and reporting

Hi there, I have 2 ways that my customers can sign up, one through a sign up form and one through a fly in pop up. How can I pull the correct report to see from which form that the customer signed up from? As they all enter the leads list, so how can i segment the clients to see where they came from?

Sign up form on Shopify only appearing now and then?

Hi there,I am having a problem with my Klaviyo sign up form.Sometimes it is appearing and sometimes not?Some people and can see it and others not?Please can you help me sort this out.I have a shopify theme - Launch?
