How can I integrate a Net Promoter Score to my newsletter?

I am looking for someone who can help me to integrate a Net Promoter Score into our e-mail newsletter. We send our newsletter via Klaviyo. Does anyone have experience with this and can help me  to integrate it?- Net Promoter Score should contain only one question: "How did you like today's newsletter?"- We need an addition that says that 0 is the worst and 10 is the best- An additional text field next to the scale would also be nice where our customers can write their opinion about the newsletter.I appreciate any advice and hope to find support. Kind regards, Sandrine

Post-Puchase Flow: Problem with the conditional split

Hi,I want our customers to receive customised emails - depending on which product they have bought. Therefore I created a post purchase flow.For example: If customers buy a cotton product they receive email A, if they buy cashmere they receive email B and so on. If the conditions do not apply, i.e. the customer has not bought product A, B, C or D, then they automatically receive a generic email. Currently, almost all customers fall into the category with the generic email, even though they fulfill the given conditions like they bought product A but received the generic email. So obviously I have an error in the flow, probably with the conditional split. However, I am not getting anywhere here. Can anyone tell me what I need to set in the conditional split?

Customer Personalization by gender

I want to address our customers according to their gender:Our customers are sorted by gender (we are using the Shopify App Customer Gender), so every customer in Shopify is linked to a female or male tag. What do we need to do that we can address women and men with a different salutation?Dear (Mr. or Mrs. - depending on male or female tag) {{ last_name|default:'friend' }}Example if a customer has the male tag: Dear Mr. xyIf a customer has a female tag: Dear Mrs. xyThanks in advance!

Personalization Variables

I want to address our customers personally, with their first and last name. I would add the following variable:Hi {{ first_name }}{{ last_name }}If I only have the first name or last name or neither, I want an alternative/ fallback to appear like “Hi there” Where do I have to put the default? Thanks in advance!
