New account with a small list

Hi, a new client of mine has a small email list (1300). She has no engagement data. We are not setting up dedicated sending server. Based on all that, Is it ok to not worry about warming the infrastructure and start by sending to the whole list? (out of the 1300 subscribers, 128 of them are purchasers over *all time*)Thanks so much!

Using update_property_link to add to a list rather than replacing value?

Hi, I’m trying to allow subscribers to click on a link to update a custom property. The property is an array e.g. ["GS", "KS", "Promos", "Fun Things"] When I use update_property_link with the link, the value replaces the entire array instead of adding to it. Is there a way to add to the array? Thanks!

How to warm infrastructure when we don't have open/click history?

Hi, my client came from Shopify and used Shopify Mail to send newsletter before moving to Klaviyo. Unfortunately no engagement data like open and click per subscribers were passed from Shopify Mail to Klaviyo during the migration. In fact, I don’t think those are available on Shopify Mail.In other words, we have no way to segment subscribers by engagement until we send a few campaigns on Klaviyo.In addition, we have messages that we need to send and can’t really wait a few weeks before sending campaigns.In this case, what we can do to warm the infrastructure the best we can? What’s your recommendations? Thanks!
