Re: What's happened to Klaviyo Support?

I’m just curious why it’s so hard to get support from Klaviyo? The chat is often offline  during normal business hours. Support email tickets are slow in being responded to and often the replies are sporadic and not actually helpful in addressing the problem.  Klaviyo is a top knotch email provider in  my opinion, but the inability to get support is so disappointing.Can anyone shed some light on this?  Is it a temporary staffing issue? I want to be a raving fan, but….I can’t get anyone to help with this fabulous platform.

Why isn't my "Add to Cart" snippet for Canopy theme/Shopify 2.0 working for my class button?

I'm struggling here. I'm using Canopy Theme and when we updated to Shopify 2.0, it knocked out our Added to Cart code. Now I can't get it to work again. Here's my button code: <button type="submit" name="add" class="btn product-add mini-form" data-btn-type="add-to-cart">              <span class="button-text">Add to cart</span>              <span class="loading-spinner" aria-label="Adding"></span>             </button> Here's where I customized the snippet: <script type="text/javascript">var _learnq = _learnq || [];  var classname = document.getElementsByClassName("btn product-add mini-form" data-btn-type="add-to-cart");var addToCart = function() {_learnq.push(['track', 'Added to Cart', item]);}; for (var i = 0; i < classname.length; i++) {classname[i].addEventListener('click', addToCart, false);}</script>  Did I customize the snippet incorrectly? Thanks!

Abandoned Cart / Abandoned Checkout Templates

So I screwed up and edited the templates before saving them and now I’ve screwed them up and they aren’t working properly.Is there a way to restore the templates? Or find them online so I can start again?

How can I keep my text from overlapping in Mobile view?

I’ve got a hopefully simple to answer question.
