Hello @kieran,
Thanks for sharing your question with the Klaviyo Community!
From your screenshot, it appears to indicate that the error of SHOPIFY_IMG_NOT_RCVD_SFY is caused by the tool you are using noticing Shopify hosted images within the content of the email despite the email not sent from Shopify. I suspect that the tool you are using may be recognizing this misalignment if your email contains the use of a Klaviyo product block or a dynamic table block. This is because when using either of these blocks, the product images are pulled directly from your Shopify product catalog for use within the email.
In most cases this sort of error is not an issue and would not impact your deliverability so long as the image is not something that is recognized as suspicious or malicious.
In addition, as @Apollonia, our Deliverability & Compliance Analyst has called out in a prior Community post which I’ve included below pertaining to mail testers:
we do not recommend using email testers to evaluate your sending reputation. Instead we recommend paying attention to your email performance based on our deliverability benchmarks which can be found in the How to Monitor Email Deliverability Performance Help Center article
Similar to the sentiment shared by Apollonia in the above post, I would recommend reaching out to the email tester tool you are using for more details pertaining to the error as they would may have further clarification on it.
Thanks for being a part of the Klaviyo Community!
