Why is everything erased?

After going through shopify to access klayvio is prompted me to connect my store again for no reason and wouldn’t allow me to move forward until I did. I completed those steps and now everything is gone. All my subscribers, emails, flows, analytics it’s as if it’s a brand new account. I need to access my previous account or recover my information. I also had to upgrade the plan again and make another payment just so I could live chat an agent who still isn’t available. There’s only a sales line but no CUSTOMER SERVICE contact number for me to receive immediate help. I have been completely inconvenienced and I need to know how to fix this now.

Editing & Translating Confirmation Email

Hi there,just finishing the setup of my new flows sign ups etc. However, the confirmation email cannot be styled much - worse i cannot change the text to at least translate it. Why?

Collecting Email Subscribers from Shopify into a Klaviyo List

Even if the customer does not place an order, as long as it is checked, it should be counted as agreeing to subscribeI want to sent email to that subscribed to my site but not place any order with “welcome series flow”.But the harsh rules confused me.

Lots of bounces from bellsouth.com addresses

We just sent a campaign today and I am noticing a lot of bounces from email addresses ending in bellsouth.com - including, in at least one case, a person who successfully received a campaign that we sent on Tuesday. Is there something weird going on with Bellsouth? Is this happening to anyone else?

Why are their multiple dimensions for one product?

Okay firstly, I am not sure if the drop down menus in my screenshot are ‘dimensions’ but that’s what I am calling them until someone corrects me :) What I am attempting to do below is create a segment of people who have purchased a certain product, our Kendal Pant. The issue here is when I selected the dimension: “Kendal Pant” the segment only generated 34 people, which is completely inaccurate. So what I was starting to do was add each and every single variant of the Kendal Pant as an “OR”—which you can see I was doing in the screenshot with the “Kendal - Bone - 2XL” ‘OR’ and so on...Am I creating more work for myself? Is there an easier way to do this? And is there a way to ensure that there is only one dimension per product?Sorry if this was confusing. Would appreciate any help! Cheers

Magento 2 feed

Hi there. I am working with a Magento 2 store and the only feed option I can see available is a CSV feed. It looks as though Klaviyo is only accepting XML feeds. We don’t want to manually upload the feed as we want to make sure it is being kept up to date with prices and stock levels. Please can some advise on how to get around this or if there is something we are missing. Thanks, W

Display signup form on multiple pages

Problems with Flow and Property "Date Added"

Hello, I have a problem with a flow, this does not work.It's about a webinar that has 3 different dates.The participant can choose from them (see image 1).When the webinar starts (Date Added) the flow should be triggered, but the flow does not start.Is the trigger somehow wrong (see image 2). The status of the participants is "Skipped: Fails Flow Filters".What does this mean ?

How do I install and publish a Klaviyo signup form on my website?

I set an SMS campaign to send at 8:30am PST but in the campaign list it shows as 11:30am??  Is the time in the list a different time zone?

Profile Property - Interest Catagory

Hi,I have an eCommerce store that sells Jewelry with message cards. For example “To Mom, from Son” and “To Girlfriend from boyfriend” etc.I would like to make use of a custom property called “Interest Catagories”, there is a Flow template for this already. This way I can tag a contact as buying for Mothers day or for girlfriend etc. When I setup the flow one of the options is to “Create Interest” category which is fine. But what if I want to have someone have more than one interest. How do I do this, as it seems the next part of the flow will replace the first interest. See screen shot:I hope this makes sense! I am not sure I have explained that well!

Building Dynamic Blocks in flows

Hi All! I have seen a few conversations around this, and I also thoroughly read the “How to set up Dynamic blocks in Klaviyo”, however I still failed to get ours working. We have a shipstation integration where I am pulling this from for a transactional flow.  I want the email to have the pictures of the products ordered , Items Name, and Quantity , to be sent.  I added in the dynamic table, updated row collection and alias, but in preview mode none of that info is pulling through? Also, we have image URLs in our shipstation , but I cant seem to get the dynamic image uploaded? Help please!

Remove Underline from Hyperlinks

Hello, does anyone know how I can remove the underline from hyperlinks? I have some links and have changed the font colour as desired, however the blue underline for the link won’t go away. I have tried a few different HTML and CSS combinations but nothing has worked so far.

PRICE DROP EMAIL CODING

Setting Up Add To Cart Metric to Show All Products

I’m trying to get the Add To Cart Metric working for my Shopify site (https://bigdill.com) so I can setup a true Abandoned Cart flow vs Abandoned Checkout that is native in Klaviyo. I followed the instructions listed in the Klaviyo FAQ regarding setting up the Add to Cart Metric in Shopify and got it working but is only sending over one product at a time instead of all the items in the cart. Ideally we want to send one abaonded cart email with the entire contents vs an email that just displays one item. A few years back I worked with Klaviyo on this for a different site and was provided with the below code, but don’t quite remember how to set it up. So far I’ve tried adding it to the bottom of our product.liquid page, theme.liquid page, and even tried adding to GTM as a new custom html tag. I’m not sure if my error is needing to change something in the code below for my new site or placing it in the wrong locaiton in the code/GTM. I’m also open to any ways of using the Klaviyo Add to C

Problem with variables on dynamic Table Woocommerce

Hello, I am having a problem right now if someone wants to help me that would be nice.I created a dynamic table to integrate customer orders in the confirmation email. However when a customer orders several articles, the variables are not dynamic.For do this table i took  variables on the old customers that already ordered.When I click preview. Quantity and price items are up to date. However, the image and the title of the product remain only on variable n°1.It does not identify the name and images of the other two products. Where does the problem comes from ? Knowing that before (1 month ago) everything was working very well. I use woocommerce.thanks in advance for helping me

Back in Stock / Custom API call successful but not showing

Hello,We are using a Shopify headless build and are developing a custom Back in Stock feature on the frontend and have had success setting it for out of stock products based on the following guide:https://developers.klaviyo.com/en/docs/how-to-set-up-custom-back-in-stock We have no problems making a call to a Product that contains both a Product ID and a Variant (for instance: size or colour) — if the product is published in the catalog, it creates that entry under Profile > Email address as well as shows in the activity feed.But for simple products without variants (flat with no options), we are struggling to figure out what to include — sending just the product ID but no Variant ends up with an error stating that the “variant” property is required. Most guides seem to just use the Product ID for the Variant, but that does not seem to register despite a successful post request being made. We ensured the said item in question is published but cannot find it anywhere despite a success

Imagery Sizing

Hey Community, I need guidance on how to correctly resize images for desktop and mobile emails so there is no pixelation. No matter what size or file type I use for images, whenever I upload imagery assets I can never find the right sizing.  I’d appreciate help and guidance please.

We had to resync our Shopify Store and now we're accidentally emailing cold contacts?

Some background -  Our company is currently expanding to a second brand. During this transition process, we are working on creating a secondary Klaviyo account (let’s call it account B) for the new brand. When we created our second account, our current account’s (let’s call it account A) linked Shopify store was somehow switched to the new store’s Shopify URL. We were unable to edit the URL in account A and were advised to uninstall the Shopify integration completely then re-install it. While this did allow us to change the Shopify URL, I think it caused more issues. Today, we sent out a campaign to our usual engagement groups but found we received a delivered rate of 73%, a bounce rate of 24%, an unsub rate of 1.5% and a spam rate of 0.5%… Our typical deliverability is around 99.8%. I’m concerned that the resync of the integration pulled up cold contacts (we received a few customer responses that said they haven’t heard from us since 2017). Price drop flow - no price drop activity over specified period of time

Hi there,I'm building the price drop flow from your library but it doesn't pull through any of our price drop data from Shopify. When looking at the price drop report, and even setting the date range to 'all time', I get the message:There was no price drop activity over specified period of time.Can anyone tell me what the issue is here? Checkout Started Rate

Hello,I’m running an email funnel by campaign custom report, and I want to make sure I understand the data correctly. When I see a metric for checkout started rate and I’m comparing it to placed order rate, are all checkout started events considered part of the checkout started rate, or are they only counting uncompleted started checkouts that did not go onto place an order?To simplify with whole numbers, if I see 4 people started checkout after viewing an email campaign, and 4 people placed an order for the same campaign, does that mean 100% of people who started checkout went on to complete the checkout? Or does it mean that 8 people started checking out, and only 4 people finished checking out, giving me a dropout rate of 50%? Thanks for any clarification on this!

Automatic Discount link

Howdy!I have my welcome flow emails setup so that the discount is automatic when they click on the CTA button.However, the setup for this takes them to my shopify website homepage. I would rather send them to the collections page of my website where all my products are listed. But when I edit the discount button link with this change, it doesn't work. Instead of going to the collections page it goes to a an error 404 page.Is it possible for an automatic discount link to go to any page of my website? Or must it link only to my homepage?Thank you!

Flows with subcategories

I am trying to create a flow in Klaviyo where the condition is PERSON HAS ORDERED PRODUCT and there is a selection for CATEGORY but not for SUB-CATEGORY. Because I have so many products in a category, I have them divided into subcategories. The flow is not working. This flow is why I signed up for this service. Can someone tell me why your sofware does not extend to subcategories? Thank you.

Auto deleting duplicate email addresses imported to newsletter list

I noticed I had a good amount of fake emails added to my newsletter list via Shopify. I have deleted these accounts but was wondering if Klaviyo auto updates my lists to reflect that change?I have since uploaded a csv file with all of the current emails and added them to my newsletter list. Does Klaviyo remove duplicate email addresses within the same list?

Connection is not private links

A few weeks ago our emails began sending links that when clicked, would take our customers to a “your connection is not private” page, for all links. I reached out to support and they said it was an expired SSL on dedicated domain tracking. They claim to have since turned off dedicated domain tracking on our account, “Your account was moved back to a shared click tracking domain (with https:// links for which we provide the SSL certificates for)”. But we are still seeing all of the links on our emails go to these connection not private pages.Is there something else that I may be missing? It’s causing open and click rates to absolutely tank.
