Shipping update email

I have a table in my shipping update email.  Why are these pictures like these? I am guessing it is a problem with the dynamic table settings. Can someone help me identify what will go in here? The part images are not there aren’t actually products and should not be there in the first place and I am not sure why it is beign displayed since they are not actual products but sub categories of collections. If there is a way to remove it, that would be great!

How to exclude Shopify POS sales from a post purchase flow for online sales only

Hey there,  I only want to send a post purchase flow once order has been fulfilled to our online customers. Unfortunately our in store customers (Shopify POS) are confused as to why they’re getting these emails that mention about delivery and shipping etc Is there a way to exclude Shopify POS orders from the post purchase flow and have them only go out to those who ordered online. Many thanksNieve

Back in stock: second email if product is delayed

Hey,We have a back in stock flow working really well. However, one of our high value and high demand products (a bicycle) has been out of stock for three months and due to some issues it will continue to be out of stock for another three months. I want to email back in stock subscribers who have been signed up over a month for the product and let them know it is not back in stock, yet but it is coming and in production. I want to try and retain their interest, remind them we’re still here in the hope they don’t choose to purchase elsewhere.I don’t want to email people who have just signed up. I don’t really want to send a campaign, I was hoping to create a flow, where the trigger was once they have been signed up for over 45 days we email them an update.Should I make a separate flow? and if so what would the triggers be?Should I build a second branch into my back in stock flow? and again I’m not quite sure what my triggers would be to isolate that product. Thanks Claire

Low Inventory Trigger

Hi, I searched a bit via Google & the forums but wasn’t able to get an answer to my question. Is there anyway to enable a low stock trigger for styles? We have the BIS Flow set up but I’d like to set up a Flow that triggers when an item someone has browsed, added to cart, or abandoned cart with is on its last unit. Alternately, adding in a dynamic module that triggers when there is just 1 unit left of a style. I’d like to note that this is a shoe brand - so the trigger needs to take into account both style/size. We are on Shopify.Greatly appreciate any help and let me know if there is any other info I can provide to help!

Include On Tags snippet not working for Notify Me button

Hello,We’ve recently installed the BIS snippet for our page and seems to be working although on the help centre doc for installation guidance, it refers to the “include_on_tags” line under Trigger Visibility which does not seem to do anything for us. We’ve double checked the tags as they are case sensitive although it’s still not working, then when the “include_on_tags” line is added to our snippet, the BIS button doesn’t work at all. Thank you.

warming up a new klaviyo account

Hi - I've just set up with Klaviyo but I don't currently have a database of profiles. How do I warm up my account without it? as I don't have any engagement data to create warm up segments. Ive created all my data capture should I just turn everything on and start building my list? but then what happens to my welcome email if the account isn't warm?

"My product requires sending a sample design to the customer after they place an order for them to review and make edits. Is there any direct 'variable event' that can send our trial product into an email? We design the sample product using an external web, so each time there's a design, we have to manually send it to each customer.P.s. I noticed a new feature called "webhook". What can I do with it?Thank you very much."

Django experts - need your help!

Hi guys, This is for the Order Confirmation email (Shopify). My goal is to use the FOR loop and loop through all the items in the order and check item.variant_title. - If at least one variant_title has any of the following words: 'ebook', 'e-book' etc - display message A. - If none of variant_titles has any of those words, display message B.   Important: this has to display only one message - A or B, no matter how many items are in the order. But NOT one message per every line item. Can I Pre-Populate Signup Forms?

Hi!  I have a question concerning Signup Forms.  On our site we allow people to create accounts so they can comment easier, save favorites, etc.  As part of this signup they include name, e-mail and birthday.  I created a Klaviyo signup form that also collects information like name and birthday as part of personalizing messages.  Is there a way to pre-populate the Klaviyo signup form with the values I already have available when they login to my site?  Basically pre-populating some fields on the form so they don’t have to enter them again.  I have full control over my site code, so I can code whatever is needed. Thanks,    Mike

Conditional Split Specific Email Open

I'm looking to add a conditional split to one of my flows. Essentially, we are sending 4 emails over 1 month. After 30 days they hit the conditional split. I'm looking to have anyone who has opened one of those 4 emails continue on the flow and anyone who has NOT opened one of those 4 emails to be split onto a separate branch. However, when I go to make the trigger, it is just a generic "Opened Email at least once in the last 30 days".  There is a filter option, but when I select it and go to choose my property it says there are no items on this list. I found this article on segments where it's mentioned that you can build segments off who opened a specific email. Conditional Split Abandoned Cart

I want to create a conditional split that splits my abandoned cart flow by the amount that is in their abanoned cart. For example, we offer free shipping over $299 i want to split emails to send above $299 send them a 10% off coupon and then if its under $299 send them a free shipping coupon.How do i do the configuration what are the triggers for this?

Calculating a future date using an Event Trigger Date

Hi everyoneStill learning my ropes around Klaviyo and the dynamic variables. I found an article that allows you to calculate a future date using the “today” syntax, however does anyone know if it’s possible to calculate a future date using an event trigger property? I assumed that by adding the ‘days_later:XX’ filter, this would have made this possible, but it’s throwing an error. Variable Code: {{ event.Invoice_Date|days_later:90|format_date_string|date:'d F o'|default:'' }}Scenario: Wanted to communicate to customers payment due dates based on their order invoice date. Any suggestions and guidance would be highly appreciated!

Issue with Wrong Welcome Email Sending After Placed Order

We’re having an issue with our Welcome flow. Even though we have filters and conditional splits to avoid sending Welcome Email #1 with a discount to customers, it’s still sending. So what is happening is customers who placed an order (and checkmark to subscribe to emails), get an email with a discount and are then manually asking for a refund of the amount. It’s been a headache!It seems to be because Klaviyo and Shopify are not syncing in time. In this case, what can we do? Place a delay? But then it would affect others who signed up via footer or pop-up, who want the email with the discount to place the order.

Trying to add Klaviyo to my WP subscribe form on my homepage

Hi everyone (First time posting) I have connected Klaviyo to my WooCommerce and I think its working ok- However I have a “subscribe” box on my homepage (Wordpress site) and its not pulling through new subscribers to my klaviyo its still sending them to Mailchimp. I have deactivated Mailchimp but they still aren't reaching Klayvio-  Can anyone help me please? Do I ned to connect the form? if so HOW? Thank you

Giveaway in exchange for a subscription - how do I enter those already subbed?

Hello!I’m doing a little giveaway to see if I can get a few more subscribers. I know this isn’t the best way to get quality subs, but I’m giving it a try just to see what happens.I’m using Klaviyo directly for this, following their instructions: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000798472#:~:text=Learn%20how%20to%20run%20a,a%20contest%20strictly%20using%20Klaviyo.However, there’s nothing in the article regarding what happens with people who are already subscribed. Do I ask them to subscribe again, considering they’ll be added to a new list? I’m not sure how to tackle this.If you have any best practice advice, I’d also appreciate that. Thanks in advance!

How do I edit the currency in the price drop module?

Hi Klaviyo Community, I have created a price drop flow and set it to manual status, when I review the mail everything looks perfect except for one thing, it shows the wrong currency (dollars) I need to change this to Danish Krones (kr.).  I know this happens because I copied the module from Klaviyo’s price drop template.  FYI: the rest of the mail is showing the right currency (kr.) as the account settings is set to Danish Krones (so it’s not that).

Determining value of email subscribers vs conversions on landing page

I have a client who has a very successful landing page funnel. When someone starts checkout, there is an API call to add that profile to a list called “prospect list” although these profiles have not subscribed to email marketing. People on the prospect list will go through an abandoned checkout flow. What we’d like to determine is the value of subscribers who join the email list through the website and then buy, vs customers who place an order directly on the lander without subscribing to email. I’m struggling with the best way to collect this information accurately. Getting creative with close form button verbiage

Hi Community! I am always on the look out for creative and on-brand verbiage to add to my sign-up forms. One of the lesser known CTA’s I see utilized in Forms is a button which dismisses or closes the form should the website visitor not wish to complete it. This is often a missed opportunity to win a new subscriber with clever wording that causes them to rethink their decision to dismiss a pop-up form.Here’s an example of what I mean (see the text under the blue button): Does anyone not like saving money? Not really! Creating Templates with Dynamic Content

Hi all hoping someone can help with a question about creating content blocks with dynamic text and why it always shows up different when I send to myself? I am trying to create some blocks with an image directly across from live text with a table spilt 50/50 and when I preview in klaviyo it looks perfect, but when I send to my email inbox it looks completely different. I understand this may be due to the mail system used, I have tried on a couple and they both have been distorted. Does anyone know how to make sure your templates look seamless across all platforms?  I have attached the block as seen in klaviyo and then as seen in email browser.

Growth reports by List/Segment

Clients in general like to know how many emails are on their list and how many have been added over given time. I am aware of Growth reports for each list, but also that they are not available for segments, and since there is no general report, it would be impossible for me to screenshot or walk them through each list’s growth report weekly. I am looking to give clients a birds-eye snapshot of weekly growth by key Lists or Segments, something that should be available in Analytics dashboard, but I just cannot find it. I need to show how many subscribers added / removed from the total of key segments / lists by week or month. I would be happy to use custom reports with my own graphing software, but there’s no “All Time” timeframe, so there’s no way to get an accurate total, and it’s my understanding that “Subscribed to List” does not include manual imports or quick adds.
