Back in stock not working

I'm really interested in using the Shopify back in stock feature listed here: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001895651-How-to-Install-Back-in-Stock-for-ShopifyHowever on my site it shows on every variant instead of just the sold out ones, and the submit button doesn't lead to anything. Is there a fix for this? I’ve had a look at different posts but couldn’t find a solution. I'm using showcase if that helps!Thank you!Edit: also the URL does change so I believe the variants are being recognised

How to customize the close button in signup forms

Is there a way to customize the close button graphic in the signup forms? It’s a very small (low-res) light gray PNG (not ADA compliant). It should really an SVG with customizable colors. I just hope I’m missing something.Thanks, -oo

Custom eCom: API problems

Hi,we are implemented an API for our custom ecommerce CMS. We started with the “Place Order” event, but are having some problems. The data goes through to Klaviyo, but comparing to Woocommerce integration, the structure and data display is pretty weird.See my examples here. Anyone knows whats the problem?

Added to cart metric failed installed

My shopify theme is Ella. The ID for my Add to cart button as below<input data-btn-addtocart="" type="submit" name="add" class="btn" id="product-add-to-cart" value="Add to Cart" data-form-id="#add-to-cart-form">The snippet i put on my product.liquid as below; but the metrics haven’t showed the Added to cart.  Can anyone pls tell me what is wrong? Automatic list update for specific shopify tags.

Is there a way to create a Klaviyo mail flow for specific tagged accounts on Shopify that gets updated automatically? Eg: I want to create a mail flow for my VIP customers on Shopify. But I would like that list to get synced to Klaviyo and be updated automatically as new VIP customers get added.

[Shopify] Collect customer birthday on shopify checkout form to be used in Klaviyo flows

Hi, I am aware we can collect customer birthdays using the sign up form, however, I’m interested in knowing if we can put the birthday data collected during the checkout field as checkout attribute on Shopify plus to be attached as a custom field on customer profiles to be used on Kalivyo flows making use of birthdays? [Shopify] ADA accessibility issue with email signup form

Hi Klaviyo community,I have an email signup form on my site which has a loading delay that’s triggered after a user scrolls 30% of the page. I have recently been informed that this popup is not ADA compliant as it causes two accessibility issues. The first was that the popup didn’t take primary focus when it was displayed, and the second was that it wasn’t announced when it was displayed. My questions are - has anyone dealt with a similar issue and successfully troubleshot it? There aren’t advanced options in the WISIWYG tool to tinker with things like this. Could removing the delay solve the issue? Also, is this working as designed, or could there be a conflict with my Shopify theme that is keeping the focus on the page rather than shifting it to the popup form? Thanks in advance!

Zapier Double Optin Issue

Hey There, I have a question regarding the single/double optin option when using Zapier. I am trying to create an email list with purchasers of a product.My email list is set up as a Single Opt-In list, but Zapier recognizes the list as a double opt-in list and sends a confirmation email to the subscriber before adding them to the list.I have found that this is an issue for some Zaps pushing information to Klaviyo, but not for others, even if they are referring to the exact same list within Klaviyo.Has anyone else had this issue or know of a good solution to this?

Shopify Klaviyo integration Privacy issue

I have installed Klaviyo as an app in my shopify store. Due to various privacy legislations including GDPR I have integrated a cookie management banner. This software blocks all advertising tracking scripts such as Facebook & Google. By going through Inspect in Chrome, I can see that the advertising scripts are blocked. Klaviyo, however is running.These tools rely on the Shopify Customer Privacy API and it seems as if Klaviyo does not utilise this. In many countries including Germany, France, Italy and the UK, scripts may not run until consent is given. Has anyone stumbled upon this issue and is there a way to solve it without using Google-Tag manager (which then disables several Klaviyo tracking features).

Why does on my email I have 453 delivered emails and on the second one I just have 231 delivered emails? Why is it not sending to everyone?

WooCommerce - Adding Checkboxes and Properties Not Being Created

Making Event Variable

I'm looking for the variable for when someone refunds an order or cancels an order, It will pull in the item name price and image of the item when someone views the email. Just how you would be able to see when someone views a product in an abandoned cart or a browse abandonment email. It's not a prebuilt transactional email flow that's in Klaviyo so I'd like to figure out how to build it from scratch. Please let me know if you have any info on this!

How Klaviyo Treats iOS Opens

After two years of coming to grips with Klaviyo I noticed something new today! Always exciting. This post/question is driven by the desire to be in a position where I can elegantly sift out sending emails to those that do not open over an extended period.Today, I realised that emails being viewed (at least in iPhone) are not registered as open, in Klaviyo, until the images are downloaded.So, this means that if a recipient’s phone is set to not “Load Remote Images” in the settings, like mine is, Klaviyo does not show that the article has been opened, even though it could have been fully read without downloading.  Once the images are downloaded, Klaviyo registers the openThere may be something in the Klaviyo resources but I haven’t spotted it, if there is. I don’t know if this is part of the iOS changes or not but, either way it is an issue because if I am sending follow ups to those that Did Not Open the first, some users are unnecessarily getting two emails. That would drive me crazy!S

Unable to Collect New Subscribers in Klaviyo

Hi Everyone, By adding my email (as a test) onto my Shopify Theme Pop-up, my information is collected in the Shopify Customer tab. I am using Shopify’s Prestige Theme I have integrated Klaivyo to my Shopify account and set up a number of Flows to all new subscribers. However my email is not collected in Klaviyo under Profits or Lists/Segements and I do not get triggered with the Welcome email. Is there something I am doing wrong?

Dynamic Coupon Codes Birthday

I need help setting up coupon codes in email flows. We are trying to do a 10% off discount code for a birthday but I do not know how to get the codes to send. When I preview them by sending a test to my email it just says "Birthday-Preview." I have a signup form connected but its not live and neither is the flow. If I make them live will people automatically get the code when they enter their email?

SMS Welcome Flow

Question regarding the SMS welcome flow. Today is the first day we launched the SMS capture pop up that enters users into the welcome flow once they've consented. Essentially we would want the welcome text to deliver to them as soon as possible, but, if a customer consents after 9PM(local time zone) a text could technically be sent after hours. I can only set the time delay to specific times of day/ days of week so I'm curious on what the best practice is for this?

Any Shopify Apps that can pass recommended product IDs to Klaviyo custom property?

Hi everyone! I’m new here but been using Klaviyo for a while.Wondering, does anyone know of a Shopify app that can pass the Product IDs of Recommended Products to a Klaviyo custom property (as array), to achieve a similar result as what’s shown here in this article?Many thanks in advance for any App suggestions!
