Any Shopify Apps that can pass recommended product IDs to Klaviyo custom property?
Hi everyone! I’m new here but been using Klaviyo for a while.Wondering, does anyone know of a Shopify app that can pass the Product IDs of Recommended Products to a Klaviyo custom property (as array), to achieve a similar result as what’s shown here in this article?Many thanks in advance for any App suggestions! klaviyo pop up form link with website hosted on shopify problem
Hello,I am working on a project which i almost done with it, the problem that am facing now is that i have done every that was necessary to link klaviyo popo up with the shopify. When have tried several times i came to noticed that the site was not build with shopify but hosted on shopify. Anyone that can help me out?Please i need answers.Thanks
Add fields to Shopify Sign-up form
Hi!I have Klaviyo connected with Shopify (with the App).My sign-up form (in a pop-up) shows only “First Name”, “Last Name” and “Email” fields and populate a specific list in Klaviyo.I want to add 2 fields : month and day for birthdays. I cannot find how to add these field (on Klaviyo side or on Shopify side) since I cannot edit this sign-up form.Thanks in advance for your help!Ren
How can I select a customer with some Shopify tags and not others?
I have customers who have a number of Shopify tags from self selecting different brands that they like. I want to create a segment of those who are tagged with specific brands but cant see how to do it. Here’s an example - I want to segment customers tagged with Brand A and Brand B - however they may also have tags for Brand Y and Brand Z. I cant therefore us the option for “Shopify tags contains Brand A or Brand B” as they will also include those with tags for Brand Y and Brand Z. I cant use the does not contain Y and Z as that will exclude A and B. What are my options? Help!
Can I change the source code of a text block?
Seriously that’s my only question. I am editing the html and it keep refreshing every time I click on it. I’m using the drag and drop option but trying to edit the html source code to add some features or even try to change a little with CSS however it never saves my changes.

Active on site tracking and View product tracking
I’ve added the snippets to my site for active on site and viewed product tracking and I am getting the ‘green’ CTA saying data is received but then not getting any data coming through onto site despite people being on site and I’ve checked the tracking myself.Any ideas, will this be because I am using the free plan? Flow customer feedback (survey tool - individual coupon)
Hi there,We set up a flow where we ask our customers how they like the clothes they bought. Unfortunately, we are not satisfied with the response rate, so we want to issue a voucher for a response. I am looking for a survey tool where a custom coupon code is automatically sent at the end (custom so the code can't be abused). So far we have used google forms, but here I have not found a way that submitting the answer leads to an automated sending of the coupon. Manually sending each customer the coupon is not an option.Or do you have any other ideas on how I can create the survey and send the people who answer the survey their voucher?I am looking forward to your ideas.Thanks in advanceErik

Ready to be send but I still have technical issues, questions and need someone who can check ‘all is set-up right’ to be send…In the last weeks when I had question (to be sure I will try Klavyio) the support Customer was awesome, and since I’M paying, it’s really difficult to have response! Adding existing profiles to a list
Hi - I have a group of existing email customers from shopify that were added to klaviyo, but were not added to the “newsletter” list. I can see them in klaviyo and can see that they are marked as consented to marketing, but I can’t find a way to add them to the newsletter list. Any ideas?Thanks
Shopify failing to integrate
Hi there, I’m trying to integrate my Shopify with Klaviyo, and it’s not working out so far. When I enter my correct Shopify url I get an error message saying “Sorry, this shop is currently unavailable.” I can log into my Shopify account, so I know nothing is wrong on that end. Anything I might be missing? Thank you very much!
Flow not sending to all subscribers in the Segment used as trigger
Hi! I created a Newsletter flow and used a Segment I created as its trigger. I have over 5,000 subscribers from my mailing list on this Segment. The number also keeps on growing as some more conditions are met from people who are on our Shopify. However, of the 5,000 emails included on the Segment, only about 100 emails were delivered when I tested the first email on the flow. I was wondering why would that be? Would appreciate your suggestions and help as I am getting quite frustrated Thank you!
Create Popup Form to Collect Data without an Email Field
I am trying to create a 1 question survey for visitors coming to our site. We currently have a subscription popup that activates 7-8 seconds when someone is on the site. We are getting some people to subscribe and we are able to ask them the survey question “Are you currently bald”.However, we want to have a popup that fires as soon as someone comes to the site that just asks the question. We are not looking to collect email addresses. We just want to know the percentage of individuals coming to the site that are bald. This will help with advertising later on. I was able to successfully create the popup WITHOUT an email address field, but the data doesn’t seem to be sent to Klaviyo without having the required email. Is there a way to do a custom report to see this information? We are not wanting to use a third party integration due to security processes and approved apps. ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED!
Displaying an image from a company's website when a certain product is ordered
Hi.I’m in the middle of a post-purchase flow. One of the email messages in the flow is supposed to contain an image that links to an instructional video (a YouTube video that’s embedded on the company’s website). The image in the email is based on which product(s) a customer purchases. The company’s shop uses Shopify, but the images I want to display aren’t hosted there. Is it possible to use an if/else statement to display the image, its alt tag and link? What I’m thinking is that a certain image would be displayed based on the product ID (if productID = Product X’s ID, then display Product X’s image and have it link to Product X’s instructional video). If the customer ordered more than one product, I’d like to have images show for all the products that they purchased (note: there are only four products in total, so four would be the maximum number of products shown at once).Thanks in advance!
Best practice for Mailchimp sync in multi-store scenario
Hello, We wanted to migrate from Mailchimp to Klaviyo using https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005254948We have a single MC account with a single Audience. However, we will have 3 separate Shopify stores (instead of multi-currency) so we will need three Klaviyo accounts. What would be the best practice when using this integration?I can think of dividing the Mailchimp Audience into three Audiences (as best as possible since some subscribers non-purchasers may not fall in the right bucket). Then run sequentially the Mailchimp integration across the three Klaviyo accounts, using for each one a specific Audience. Alternatively, we could import all the data into each Klaviyo account, then delete the users but I guess that’s way more dangerous :) Many thanks for your thoughts!Sergio
Adding Users to an Account - Not Working Properly?
Hi All! I have a kind of weird issue going on, I’m hoping someone will be able to understand it. So my agency manages several clients’ Klaviyo accounts, and I would usually log into my coworker’s account, who has access to all of the clients.Last week, I went in and added myself as an admin for all of these clients, so that I wouldn’t need to login to my coworker’s account every time. Well, it did give me access, as I can see the accounts in the drop-down when logged in to my account. However, when I click on any of these, it acts as though that account is brand new, and wants me to set up everything for each client. Obviously the accounts are already set up, so I’m a little scared to touch anything when logged into my account, as I don’t want to accidentally wipe any of the data. Thoughts? I’m happy to clarify further.
