HI All, we’re pretty new to Klaviyo coming from Infusionsoft.Here’s my issue: Contacts consistently “re-subscribe” in order to attempt to gain access to another coupon code.How we used to handle it:Facts: we offer a one time larger discount for signing up. This is used often. Some contacts either forget they are already subscribed to our list or they attempt to gain access to that same discount again by using the form again.In Keap/Infusionsoft, it was a very simple matter to check to their status and send them a different email. Example - is contact already subscribed? Yes → Send email that informs them they’ve already subscribed. No? → send them the first time welcome email.But in Klaviyo, when I fill out a form a second or third time.. I receive no email. No welcome email, no welcome series, no nothing - despite the fact the “success” message says go look for a confirmation email. I need to add a Klaviyo Property by Name TAG. Will this property be able to accommodate multiple entries e.g., rewards, feedback, join opt in, …?? I have used List data type as of now while importing contacts with this property. Is this the right way to get multiple tags to single profile? I need to use these tags in flows too.
Hi,Our store has a product “A”, which is getting 1000+ of purchases a month, but they usually do not return. So out of our 500 products, we want to single out customers who purchase product “A” by itself and only once for targeted flows. Example:Person bought product A once and only that specific product in any quantity. We do not want to include people who purchased other products together with it. Is this possible? Thanks :-)
Hi friends, Is there a way to create a segment of customers that bought more than 1 unit of any product over all time? My purpose is to know customers that purchased products for gifts, since I know nobody buys two equal books for oneself.I don’t want to segment for specific products (that would be an easy filter), but for any product.In the segment there could someone that bought the same product in different orders (happens more often) or customers that bought more than 1 of the same product in a single order (doesn’t happen much).

Hi, I am looking to launch a new rewards program for the baby toothbrush company I work for but I am having problems pulling in all the field data from the 'create account' page into Klaviyo. It only pulls in the customer firstname, surname, dob, account creation, email address and if they accept marketing - which is great but for some reason it doesn't pull in the child's name or dob when the form is submitted. I've even added script that Klaviyo provided so the fields will link with our custom properties, but still no luck. How do I pull this data into the Klaviyo? and what is the best way to do it? I’m trying to embed two different sign up forms for two different lists on two different websites. The pop up and fly in options work fine, but the embed option, which is what I want to use, just shows up as blank.Rather than dive into the weeds I just decided to use the fly in option. But then when I created another sign up form and tired to apply it the same way, it now is listing BOTH of my sign up form overtop of each other ON BOTH SITES. Do I need a different code snippet, and if so how do I get one?

HiI am building a waiting list for a new campaign launch. To get the maximum of sign ups, I would like to send an email to all my database to give them an option to sign up to the waiting list.The desired flow here, is that when they receive the email to allow them to subscribe to the waiting list, they can simply click the button “Subscribe” from the email, and it will automatically add them to the list.Once they have been added to the waiting list, they get redirected to a “Thank You” page.Is this something possible?ThanksVincent
I did a giveaway with other businessess and when people signed up they agreed to be added to our email list. I uploaded the list to my Shopify site but I had to go and manually mark that the person was subscribed. On Klaviyo, it only sends a welcome email if they sign up by a pop up box. How do I change this or upload my list?
A long-time mail subscriber clicked on “Can't see this email? View in Your Browser” and got this message. Links checked ok on all browsers and devices (from our side). Is this related to a spam setting on their email platform (me.com). Any ideas?
We have a client on WooCommerce who has heard that the Klaviyo integration can be glitchy.Furthermore, it looks like they may need to use the Legacy API rather than the newer REST API. If you have any background on the limitations of the Legacy API, that would be helpful as well. Has anyone else been using the WooCommerce x Klaviyo integration and have any insights to share?

Ideally, I don’t want to include the client’s phone number without their approval but it’s deemed a *necessary field? Is it ok to use my number?
Hi, I recently just launched a welcome flow, and I noticed so many people were being skipped. When setting up the flow, we used the flow filter “Placed order zero times since over all time” instead of “Placed order zero times since starting this flow”. I’d like to know: What’s the difference between these flow filters and how does each flow filter affect my Welcome.
