Hi there, I’m brand new to Klaviyo and this is my first time registering a lead. I’m a bit confused as to whether Klaviyo is asking me for my contact details or those of my new client? Ideally, I don’t want to include the client’s phone number without their approval but it’s deemed a *necessary field? Is it ok to use my number?
Hi, I recently just launched a welcome flow, and I noticed so many people were being skipped. When setting up the flow, we used the flow filter “Placed order zero times since over all time” instead of “Placed order zero times since starting this flow”. I’d like to know: What’s the difference between these flow filters and how does each flow filter affect my Welcome.
Hello,I’m working with hidden fields to capture lead source information. During testing, I deleted all of the hidden fields from the button on the embedded form and deleted the associated custom properties from my test profile. However, when I submit the form, the hidden fields reappear. I’ve verified that the form I’m working with is the form that is embedded in the page and tested this numerous times but it’s still happening. Any ideas as to why?Thanks!Roy
Hi all,I’m looking for some helpful opinions. I’ve recently taken over a new email account. They have a healthy list size (about 20,000 subscribers) and decent open/click rates, but they have super high spam and bounce rates. I believe this is because in 2019, someone set them up with their own dedicated sending domain, but they set it up through sendgrid.info. It looks like sendgrid had a massive data leak years ago, and now all of our emails get sent straight to Spam. We definitely need to get away from sendgrid, but I’m wondering if you think we should move to our own sending domain from our website or to a Klaviyo server?

Today I bring a question to you guys.I have clients who have a klaviyo account and in that klaviyo account, my client has two stores connected. One is Woocommerce and another one is Shopify. My client already integrated with woocommerce. But he will switch to Shopify soon.But here is the main topic is. If I disable the Woocommerce integration do my clients lose the klaviyo data that my clients have before? Please let me know eagerly awaiting your answer. Hi all,I have a signup form that includes simple customer information. Once they submit, they get an email that sends them to specific pages on our website.If they don’t buy and need more information I want them to click a button that will autopopulate a form to be sent to our outbound contact team.So my question is, is it possible to take name, company and phone number information from the original form and then autopopulate an email that is sent when they click a button?
I have recently discovered that timers, like Sendtric’s, does not display correctly on iPhones with the iOS update. Is there a feature on Klaviyo which enables me to hide a block based on what device a user is reading the email from? I need something that’s more specific than mobile / desktop. Many thanks!
Has anyone successfully set up their dedicated sending domain using AWS? If so, did you have to do anything differently or in addition to the steps provided by Klaviyo? I ask because we’re following the steps completely, yet unable to verify records. Any assistance is appreciated.
Hi there, I have made my first email with an automatically created discount code unique to visitors for people on an abandoned checkout flow. I think I have followed the steps of How to Create Unique Coupon Codes for Shopify – Klaviyo - Help Center correctly, but I’d like to be able to check that it’s correct! Is there anyway to see whether it is going to make and insert discount codes correctly? I don’t want to be sending out emails that are broken!“When you preview the email directly in Klaviyo, you will not see a unique coupon code populate. Additionally, you will not be able to preview coupon codes with variable expiration dates because you cannot manually add codes to these types of coupons.”Thanks in advance
Hello all, i have a quick question. I recently started sending emails from the Preview Tab to be sure, it lands in the Inbox. But i discovered all mails from the preview tab go straight into the Spam while the mails in the flow itself go into the promotions tab.What could be the course?
I'm coding an upsell flow, and warranties are what we're upselling. We're using Clyde (https://hiclyde.sb.hiclyde.com/). However, I can't find the "link" event variable in the Klaviyo code editor to populate the dynamic link correctly in the messages (we'd like the product image and a CTA button to link to Clyde). There's not much information about Clyde integration online (not even on their support website). Can anyone help me figure this out? Thanks!
