Magento 2 data not seeing

Hi Brian thank you for this - yes I think I’ll need to speak to the developers as I can know that the data I want to import is a custom field they created for our website specifically. So basically we deliver online courses. The buyer can buy their own course or they can buy it on behalf of “the student” or employees etc. So we have a custom field in our checkout (that then appears in our backend area of the website) for student info. This information gets sent to our LMS which creates an account based solely on the student info, not the purchaser. So I can tell the information is not just for Magento 2 as it clearly delivers the information to our LMS. But personally not sure where this information is and how I can use it for Klaviyo.

Dynamic table: doubling data

Perfect! So if there’s an array in the tag, we should use the Dynamic table but if it’s a one-off tag that has no array number, then we should use the full tag in Static. Thank yoU!

Yeah I tried that but still didn’t work - the only thing I can see that isn’t helping is that there is no array number for the subtotal in the tags, so you can’t do that above step. My newest issue is now its not just doubling but its repeating like 20 times over and over! I don’t know how to fix this! I've managed to keep the product items and price (and also billing information) just only once because they had array numbers so I followed the steps in the guides to remove them and replace the row alias. But can’t figure out why its now repeating 20+ times on all the other ones!

Perfect! So it ended up being ‘doesn’t contain’ gmail/outlook etc. with ANDs and we filtered them out!

Yes course here they are attached. We tried using ‘contains’ instead of ‘doesn’t end with’ and that doesn’t work for any of the gmail/hotmail etc.
