Back In Stock does not want to appear

Hi @Raikojou! May I ask what Shopify theme you’re using? Our back-in-stock functionality is only intended to be used for the free Shopify theme - if you’re on a paid or custom theme, we have no insight into what could be causing the issue.   Best, Brian Hi Brian, thank you for your reply. I’m using Impact theme. I understand that the guide specifically mentions you don’t support custom theme; however I’ve had success in the past with the same theme and another theme, Empire. Unfortunately I’m unable to reproduce the success this time.   Cheers  Hi, @Raikojou, we’re using the Empire theme for the Back In Stock script as well. Except, I’m unable to get it styled as a button, it’s just showing as below. Have you been able to get it to style as a button on the Empire theme or just show as below?

@jonathanmoore This is so very helpful! Thank you 🥰 We use the Empire theme from Pixel Union and the link is just showing as Blue underlined text. Any insight in what might need to be edited to turn it into a button? I’ve looked at our CSS code and it does also use “button” for CSS so I’m wondering what might be conflicting in the code that isn’t styling it as a button. Any help we could get would be greatly appreciated, thank you in advance!

We have "Back in stock" flow, do we also have "item* will soon run out!" flow?

Hi @Vee001! Happy to help!   Yes, Klaviyo does have the capability to create a flow for "Item will soon run out!" You can create a segment for customers who have added a specific item to their cart and set up a flow to trigger an email notification to these customers when the item's stock level drops below a certain threshold. Here's an example of how you can set this up in Klaviyo: Create a segment for customers who have added a specific item to their cart: To do this, go to the Segments tab, click on "Create Segment," and use the "Cart Item" condition to select the specific item you want to track. Create a new flow: Go to the Flows tab, click on "Create Flow," and select "Trigger-based flow." Set up the trigger: Choose the "Stock levels" trigger and select the specific item that you want to track. Set the stock level threshold that will trigger the email (e.g., 5 items remaining). Create the email: Create an email that informs customers that the item they added to their cart is a

Custom Back in Stock form (Shopify)

Hey @Steven Petteruti, At this time we currently do not have any estimation on when this feature will be available. But, with the growing interest in Klaviyo’s SMS services I would suspect it would be sometime in the near future as Klaviyo expands its SMS capabilities. David  Has this feature request been addressed?
