Segment Ordered Multiple Products

Via the Klaviyo pre-built integration with Shopify is what it looks like to me. I think the issue might be that when the information is passed to Klaviyo, each item is broken up into a separate order:Perhaps I’m not seeing it the right way, but from the screenshot above the customer ordered 4 of the same item in one order; so his checkout and order confirmation will show a quantity of 4. But in the picture above it appears to break it up. Not really sure if that is an issue or not. But either way, I’m still wondering why I don’t have the option to select more than a quantity of one from the segmentation dropdown:And this seems to be the only option no matter what product I use in the filter above the quantity filter.

Much appreciated @jetapebi Once I set up the Webhook action from the Invoice Created trigger, is it then possible to send an email (after a time delay) that includes the link to the customer’s invoice?

Shopify Draft Order Flow

Thanks, @stephen.trumble!This def gets me pointed in the right direction. And if I’m reading this correctly, I would need to insert the Webhook Action in the flow and use appropriate API call to receive the data from Shopify. I’m also wondering if this becomes more viable if it’s an unpaid order rather than a draft order? I’ll look more into this with info you provided. Please forgive me, I know very little on the coding and developer side of things.

Greetings, @stephen.trumble  Thank you for the response! I figured a little bit of a workaround for now but would certainly like to see if there is a way to streamline it. Here’s what I’m trying to accomplish: whenever I send an invoice for a certain product from Shopify, it triggers a flow that sends out reminders every so often to the customer. Basically, reminders to pay the invoice until they pay. I don’t necessarily need any data from the invoice as far as I can tell. But perhaps I haven’t thought that part through enough.
