I was looking at Postmaster and see spam rates for individual days. Is there a summary rating over time that they evaluate you on? You mentioned staying under .1%. Is that a rating over time? For example if you have a couple of days over .1%, 30 days ago and 0% every day since, what does this mean for your current ranking?

Hi there, Thank you for the training. Some great refreshers on segments.  You touched on testing campaigns with and without the Apple Privacy filter. This question is a followup to this conversation.I tested sending a campaign with and without the Apple Privacy filter and it seems when I remove the Apple privacy condition, there are a far bit more active people on my website but can you confirm what metrics specifically I should look at to confirm which might be best for me to do?  First, is it possible to do an A/B test on this condition? Don’t think so but comparing the results of different campaigns is not ideal. Second, with an L30 list with 1800 vs L30 (no Apple Privacy filter) of 3300, I am thinking this is a big difference and worth testing. Do you agree? Engagement Report for L30 (no Apple Privacy filter) Overall Opens 99%, Click Rate 6.9%Engagement Report for L30 with filter: Overall Opens 88%, Click Rate 9.4%

Thanks. That makes sense now. I am confused by my Benchmarks though. As an example, here are my August Email Benchmarks and they meet the expectations for my industry (apparel and accessories) but many of my ratings are fair or poor. What am I missing?  Metric Your Performance Your Value   Median (Peers) Actions Open Rate Good 46.6%   43.2% Click Rate Good 2.33%   2.17% Click Through Rate Fair 5.01%   6.33% Placed Order Rate Fair   0.12%   0.14% Email Revenue Per Recipient Fair $0.12   $0.17

How can I add an embedded form to a page on my Shopify Store?

My form appears but cannot get it to center on my Shopify page. What I am doing wrong? It is left justified.

Why is my Embedded Form Loading Slowly?

My Klaviyo embedded form is also loading slowly. Klaviyo support did remove some Javascript related to a second instance of Klaviyo code recently but form loading still seems slow. The title of the page comes up and later the form making users thinking it is done loading before the form comes up.
