Hi there!Related to that, could be awesome if you integrate with Loyalty programs as SMILE. With Loyalty Lion you can use a Klaviyo Flow webhook action to trigger a reward, but not in smile. Klaviyo is awesomely integrate with Smile, should be not so hard to send them the event!Thank you for your attention

Hi there! I really hope to migrate all my merchants (being a Klaviyo Partner myself) to Klaviyo Reviews as soon as possible, from our point of view, it missed kind of two essentials things :integrate with Loyalty programs as SMILE. With Loyalty Lion you can use a Klaviyo Flow webhook action to trigger a reward, but not in smile. Klaviyo is awesomely integrate with Smile, should be not so hard to send them the event! integrate with Gorgias to send reviews and questions as tickets to allow answering to them in Gorgias, showing them in the customer information widget. I think is doable with a Klaviyo Flow webhook action and a Gorgias https custom integration, could be great if you share how to do it… we specially like to be able to flag bad reviews in Gorgias and to treat it as a customer service thing, or to automate a thank you reply to a good one :-)So, the really blocking thing is the SMILE loyalty program today.Thank you for your attention

Can we sync one Shopify store with two Klaviyo?

Hi David, Thank you for your answer. What we want to avoid by having two separate Klaviyo account is to impact our rates with b2b campaigns / flows who will not lead to sales on Shopify. I was thinking to integrate our erp with who we manage b2b sales but even like that it’s not totally the same and I don’t know if we can mix two metric has “goal metric”… That’s why we was thinking about 2 accounts. With that said, and a little bite of lucidity remaining after a long Christmas lunch, on the second account we don’t really need the Shopify integration… it will be way better to integrate completely the erp (erplain). And as temporary solutions, just to be able to show some products easily on our emails to sync only the catalog ! If you know some similar use cases, let me know, Have a great Christmas

Forms scheduling feature is awesome

Exactly, was spot on for BFCM. However, it didn’t work for us @David To , forms didn’t unpublished/published following the schedule. We don’t understand why, if you can ping someone at Klaviyo for us could be nice :-)

AddToCart Snippet on Shopify Collection Pages

Okay David, I will try, as sound I will have the time, to feed a _learnq myself for each product dynamically, I should manage to find my way like that but it could be a good thing if a compliant snippet get public from Klaviyo for that… If I find the time to do it I will not hesitate to share it...
