Hi @coljung, Thanks for providing that context for us. You can still use the same person look-up tags as I mention above. However, the app would need to send us the image URL as the custom property in order to populate the image of the item. Likewise, the item title and any other information about the item would also need to be contained in a custom property value for us to populate it using person look-up tags. Alternatively, you may want to look into using the Track API (reference guide here) to send us a custom event including the Wishlist item information. From there, you could use a dynamic block (rather than custom properties) to pull in this information (image URL, item title, item price etc.) That would be an ideal way to manage this. Thanks.Now while your response is useful, I still don’t see how it could help un my scenario.I basically want to use those IDs to show the user their products.For example, if WishlistProductIDs is available, and there are two products with Id 001 and 002, ideally the email would show the details for product 001 and 002.Would that be possible in any way?Because us telling our customers that their wishlist has item 0389289242 would not make any sense for them. It would have ideally a picture or at least the product’s title. Any idea about this?

Hi @Laurent, Thank you for sharing with the Community. We do not have any natively built integrations with the Wishlist King app in Shopify, so this wouldn't be possible out of the box. However your developers may be able to set up a custom metric via the API. They can review the API documentation here. The apps also may offer a way to integrate with Klaviyo via API directly. Wishlist King by Appmate specifically advertises that they do integrate with Klaviyo but I could not find specific documentation about the process. If you still wish to pass events from this app into Klaviyo, you can still certainly do so by taking advantage of Klaviyo's API. This would be a custom integration you built to be passing your desired events into Klaviyo. Hey, thanks alex. I just asked the wishlist king team the documentation of their integration with Klaviyo. I let you know if they tell me anything. We would not want to create a custom configuration for this at the moment. Laurent did you ever get any? i find myself in the same spot right now

Hi @Gregoire, Thanks for sharing this question with us. The row collection for a dynamic table block is looking for a piece of event data (a.k.a an event variable) from the event that triggers the flow. A catalog look-up tag won’t work in this section, and that’s the reason why you’re seeing an “invalid row collection variable” error. For more information on using event variables in flows, I recommend checking out our article here. I hope that’s helpful.   So how could one use Custom Properties that have for example a list of Product IDs on a wishlist?Right now we are using Shopify with an app that sends a variable to Klaviyo that lands under Custom Properties called ‘WishlistProductIDs’. What i got from reading the docs, and not from your answer is that we cant really do anything useful with this information?Yes i know we can trigger a flow, but that is very limiting as we can only do it for one item. Any other way to work around this?

Issues modifying custom property

Hello and sorry for the delay.Because of the holidays i postponed a bit working on this again, but I tried again yesterday.I tried your code, did a bunch of tests… and still have a few issues. So, here is the link to the unsubscribe page we have in case you can directly test: http://na-730.myklpages.com/p/unsubscribe?a=Krv55B&c=01FR1HKA4T3VTAAW7Z4ZF88ZXH&k=e6ea1da6e46eba8508a91239c76588ef&g=ND74u9&m=VF34Hi&r=5Swk3cU A few things are happening. If you have some adblocker enabled, it wont load some of the scripts.Once I disabled mine, page loaded without errors.But then when i submit the form, im getting a bunch of errors that seem out of my control:  Last point, you had mentioned creating a ticket regarding this, which was 22 days ago. So far I have not been contacted in any way from anyone from Klaviyo regarding this issue. Thanks a lot again and any help will be greatly appreciated.P.

Issues modifying custom property

Hi there @coljung, Thanks for posting your question to the Community! So unfortunately, Klaviyo does not currently offer services to help build out custom code, nor do we provide support for custom code troubleshooting. However, looking at your code I am not seeing any syntax errors that might be causing it. The custom property should appear as an option (as long as people have submitted responses) when trying to create a segment or create definitions. If it is not being pulled properly, I would speak with your developer to see if they can fix the code. Survey for Unsubscribers?

Hey @Kyle, That is a great idea to learn more about your contacts! Most importantly, it certainly is possible!  @julie.accardo gave some great options by using the default functionality of Klaviyo to gather this information; but you can also accomplish your goal and suggestion by utilizing and Custom Coding your own Unsubscribe/Manage Preference page using HTML/CSS. As part of your custom Unsubscribe page, you can include this field of “Please tell us why you no longer wish to receive emails from us” and their selection of reasons as to why they are unsubscribing; that when selecting one of these options and unsubscribing would tag these contacts with a Custom Profile Property.   With these customers tagged with this custom profile property such as “Unsubscribe Reason”, you can then create a segment of these users who has this profile property using the rule of “Properties about someone, Unsubscribe Reason (or whatever the name if your custom profile property being passed is) is Set”
