Reports - revenue from 1st time buyers vs repeat email buyers

Hi @alex.hong - sorry for the delay in responding. Still trying to figure this out. I’m with you up to “ Analytics > Metrics > Placed Order Metric. Then go to the Best People section from the top right corner.” (see below)    But I lose the ability to click “Export to CSV” as soon as I click on Best People. (see below)  Also, was not sure what you mean by “select the List or Segment as you wish”. Is there something I’m doing wrong? Thanks again, Daniel

Thanks @alex.hong - this seems like a great workaround, but I’m not sure I understand how it works. I’m with you up to Analytics > Metrics > Placed Order Metric. Then go to the Best People section from the top right corner. But I lose the ability to click Export to CSV as soon as I click on Best People, and I’m not sure what you mean by “select the List or Segment as you wish”.Would you be so kind as to explain it again?  Thanks in advance, appreciate all your great, repeated help! Daniel

Thanks so much @stephen.trumble I did not see this reply in time, and hoped for the best and sent a campaign to a segment of about 6k who had clicked in the last 180. Fingers crossed.In terms of the open rates, I know with the new IOS updates, they are not as reliable as before...but do open rates still have a positive impact on warming the domain anyways? Thanks again!

Conditional Split - emails not delivering to 50% random split

Thanks @stephen.trumble we were trying to test a new flow variation. My thoughts would have been just to test at the message level with variations, but it was set up conditionally. Wondering if it works to just delete the conditional split and just add variations to the messages of the existing flow? Thanks again for all the prompt attention. Much appreciated! Daniel

Thanks so much @alex.hong I believe the numbers are accurate, so it is only an and/or logic issue.I was trying to make sure that the part on the left side of the flow (that is sending) goes only to people who are not from certain states (thus, I had set the filter and logic to “not = state X, OR “not=state Y”, etc.). I assumed that if they were from one of those states, they would automatically go to the right side of the flow, but that doesn’t seem to be the case.  If I understand correctly from the blog post, the correct way to have done that would have been to use AND instead of OR? Thanks again for the quick reply! Daniel

Thanks @stephen.trumble it was already active at the time of the creation of the conditional split. It sounds like from what you’re saying that it would be 75 days from the time of the publishing of this split before a customer would enter that side of the flow, if I understand you correctly.Sounds to me like it might be better to create a variation of the email message instead? Is that what you would recommend in this case? Thanks again so much! Daniel

Wow! @retention thanks for going the extra mile to answer my question. Sorry I didn’t respond till now, but somehow I missed your reply.In the meantime, someone told me that my issue was that I had not added the  | floatformat:2 to the code, which is why it was not displaying properly.But what you wrote here is really helpful. Thanks again! Daniel

@retention thanks again - quick question, in the body of the price drop email, I’m trying to use dynamic event tags, like this:Save ${{ event.price_drop_amount }}! Your {{ event.product_name }} was ${{ event.original_price }} and today it's ${{ event.reduced_price }}! but it seems that only the reduced price one is populating - as is evident from the faint white box around it and the truncated text in the attached screenshot.I don’t have any data to populate email preview with, but wondering if the other tags will eventually populate like the reduced price one is now.Thanks again. Daniel

Awesome! Thank you, @retention! It’s a little hard to test, only because it’s a price drop trigger and that event has not occurred yet, but your info is good to know! TYSM!
