Referral

Hello, I’m setting up a referral scheme for my company. I would like to trigger an email when a customer buys a subscription on our website. In this email, I’d like to include a personalised discount code that they can share with their friends. How would I be able to generate this unique code in Klaviyo? Does this sound possible? would be nice to avoid doing it manually.

Changing email address

Hello! A customer has requested that their email address be changed. Is there a way to edit the email address in her profile? I only seem to be able to edit name/number. If not, what’s the best way to do this? Create a new profile and merge it with her old one? I don’t want to lose all her data if possible. Thanks! Amy

Klaviyo form to collect emails for virtual event sign up

Hey, I’m organising a virtual event. I’d like to add a klaviyo form to my shopify site to collect email addresses for the event sign up. I’d like these to go into a separate list to my other email sign ups. There should be an option to accept marketing too. Does anyone know how to do this? Thanks a lot!

Sticky signup box in corner

Hello, I’d like to add an email signup for on my website. Rather than a pop up in the centre of the page, I’d like to have a small box in the lower right-hand corner that comes with you as you scroll down the page (that you can click to close). Does anyone know how to do this? Thanks!
