Abandoned cart flows doesen´t work!

Hello!Did anything happen in February?The thing is, both my Browse Abandonment and Abandoned Cart flows seem to have stopped working!? :-/ To my knowledge, I haven't made any changes, and as you can see, the flow triggers and flow filters seem correct, right?I can clearly see in my e-shop (WooCommerce) that I have orders (Beställning) that have been abandoned (Avbruten). The reason for the abandoned order is: "Unpaid order cancelled - time limit reached. Order status changed from Pending payment to Cancelled."I don't have any issues with other flows, such as various winback flows and thank you flows. Can any kind soul help me please!

Market research with Klaviyo?

Hello,I apologize if this ends up in the wrong thread or if the answer is already available; however, I have searched without finding it!Is it possible to conduct a market research with Klaviyo?I run an e-commerce store where some of the products are consumables. To enhance the customer experience, I naturally want to find out how long it takes for the customer to consume the product and, in turn, be able to set up flows with reminders and possibly even offer subscriptions.So, the question is whether I can send out a customer survey to existing customers with different response options?Hypothetical example:How long does it take for you to finish your porridge?A, 4 weeksB, 6 weeksC, 8 weeksD, Other, namely (Customer's own answer)If it's possible, and someone knows how to do it, please explain it in a way that a digital-illiterate (me) can understand! 😁Kind regards,Herman

Need help setting up flow-filters for same product in different packs

Can someone help me with these three flows before I break down? These are set up as win-back/reminders to purchase again, based on the assumption that one roll of tape lasts about 30 days.I have three different flows for "Hook grip tape": 1-pack, 3-pack, 5-pack.I need assistance in configuring flow filters so that these flows don't end if the customer buys another product before the time for these flows expires, unless the customer buys another "hook grip tape," in which case they should enter that flow instead.For example, a customer purchases a 5-pack of hook grip tape (that flow is set for 140 days based on the assumption that one roll of tape lasts about 4 weeks). After 50 days, the customer buys another product, like a tank top; they should still remain in the flow for “hook grip tape 5-pack”.However, if the customer buys a new package of hook grip tape before these 140 days, they should no longer be in the 5-pack flow but instead begin the new flow for the X-pack hook grip tape t

WooCommerce not showing tax in Abondoned cart flow!

I run an e-commerce store on WooCommerce and I'm currently in the process of setting up flows. I need help with the following in my abandoned chart flow:In my abandoned cart flow, the product prices are displayed excluding Tax. I want them to be displayed including Tax.The thing is, I'm a digital illiterate... I simply don't understand how to do it! 🤷🏻👴🏻 And yes, I´ve tried all kind of thingsThis is what it looks like in my emails when Klaviyo send them:Inside the box: And I'm just wondering, what should it say instead of Quantity: {{ item.Quantity|floatformat:0 }} — Total: {% currency_format item.LineTotal|floatformat:2 %} to display inclusive of Tax? Now I'm going to take a break and have a little meltdown.
