New to List triggers 2 Flows using filters -- but only 1 is sending properly

We have a subscription service and have created 2 welcome flows based on very simple criteria:Flow #1 (Welcome Free Subscribers) New to List “Subscribers” Recurly Plan Codes is False   Flow #2 (Welcome Paid Subscribers) New to List “Subscribers” Recurly Plan Codes contains beta228 (the name of our paid plan) We sent a bunch of test users through the flow, and in Preview Trigger Setup both Flows looks perfect. For example, here is the preview of a test email that should get only Flow #2:PREVIEW TRIGGER SETUP FOR FLOW #1PREVIEW TRIGGER SETUP FOR FLOW #2​So this email clearly should get flow #2, but Flow #2 is NOT being triggered (oddly, it seems to have worked once, but I cannot for the life of me see what distinguished that one Profile from the others). Flow #1 is working perfectly, by the way.In Flow Analytics, here’s what I see:Flow #1 Analytics: Emails that should get Flow #2 appear as Skipped: Failed Flow Filters.Flow #2 Analytics: Emails that should get Flow #2 do not appearI p

Flow trigger filters: "Has not been in this flow" is not appearing as an option

I am setting up new flows and under trigger options, “Has not been in this flow” is not appearing as one of my filter options. Why would that be and how do I fix it?Does that option only appear later after the list (which is also new) becomes populated with profiles?

Unsubscribe page for emails sent to Segments

I’m a new user and very confused about Unsubscribe/Preferences.Our customer Profiles are being populated via the API and not going onto a List. Campaigns and Flows will be targeted based on Segments. I’d like to create sophisticated manage preferences options someday but we are starting simple without that. As I understand it, that means I am stuck with the default Unsubscribe page, but I am seeing problems with that:That page contains, by default, both an UNSUBSCRIBE button and a link to UPDATE PREFERENCES. I can’t edit those. The Update Preferences link is extremely confusing if you don’t have any preferences that can be updated. I hope I’m missing something simple, here. HELP!

Website tool that plays nice with Klaviyo?

Klaviyo was recommended to me for it’s ease of use and easy-to-integrate web forms, site pop-ups, segments, triggers and flows, and I do find the system to be intuitive. I don’t have a traditional ecommerce shopping cart like Shopify, etc., but I was still excited to use Klaviyo and have spent some time setting things up.BUT as I get close to implementation, I’ve learned that it doesn’t play nice with my Wix website. For example, I should be able to install the Klaviyo.js, then publish the Klaviyo form I built onto the Wix site, but it didn’t work, and a rep from Klaviyo is saying on this forum that it won’t work, and instead I should use a 3rd party form AND a 3rd party integration tool to get that form to talk to Klaviyo. I’m asking honestly, if that’s the case, then what’s the point of using Klaviyo?Is this a Wix thing, or a larger issue with Klaviyo? I’m debating whether to abandon Klaviyo, or abandon Wix. But are there ANY WYSIWYG website building tools that do integrate easily wi
