Adding an acquisition into an existing accout

Hi there,We have an existing account and our company (we’ll call it domain A) has acquired a content creator (domain B) in a related field. We want to start a newsletter for Domain B within our existing account, and I have some questions in order to make sure we get this set up correctly from the beginning. First some background:The newsletter will link to articles published on Domain B’s website The newsletter will occasionally feature Shopify product feeds from Domain A’s website We’ll need subscribe forms on Domain A’s website Eventually, Domain B will be completely absorbed by Domain A and no longer exist as a separate website Domain B does not currently have a newsletter or even an email listThe questions:Can we set up the new list for Domain B’s newsletter in Domain A’s account and use a ‘From’ address like DomainB@DomainA.com? Can we segregate the lists so that unsubscribing from one, does not unsubscribe from the other? It’s our assumption that there will be people who want the

Updating SMS consent status via CSV upload

Hi all,Is there a way to opt-out users from SMS via file upload? I have a list of opt-out requests and would prefer to not have to go to each profile in order to update their status.Thanks!Don

Dark Mode and the future at Klaviyo

Hi there,We’re just starting to really dig into dark mode solutions with our email sends, and as all of you know, it ain’t easy!I’m wondering if KL has any tools on the horizon to facilitate testing within the app and make it easier to try out different combinations of background/foreground colors to quickly see what renders the best in different implementations of dark mode (full inversion/partial inversion).Thanks,Don

Adding new drag n drop functionality to an existing template

Hi there,I saw a couple of answers that almost hit on this topic, but not exactly. I need to add some custom code to an existing KL d-n-d template. When I do it by adding this into my custom code where I want the editable text:<table border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" width="100%"> <tbody> <tr> <td align="center" data-klaviyo-region="true" data-klaviyo-region-width-pixels="600"> <div class="klaviyo-block klaviyo-text-block"> <h2 class="col-subhead" style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:12px;font-family:Arial,sans-serif;font-weight:bold;">Subhead Description Text</h2> </div> </td> </tr> </tbody></table>I get something that looks like this (below) which, while editable, is only slightly better than raw HTML, especially the image. I’m assuming that the ENTIRE template needs to be imported from new html and the KL tags added after. (When I do that, the editables act the same as KL templates). Thanks!Don

Custom HTML drag-n-drop templates

Hi there,I’m getting started with custom drag-n-drop templates. In my super-basic first try, I’ve inserted a text block like this: <tr>     <td align="center" data-klaviyo-region="true" data-klaviyo-region-width-pixels="600"><div class="klaviyo-block klaviyo-text-block"><p>text/drag drop block here</p></div></td></tr> When I create the template and use it to create a sample email, I can edit the content fine, but the tools to copy/delete are missing. I just see a triangle pointer to the left of the block where the tools usually appear. It doesn’t seem likely that those are disabled in custom templates, so I’m probably missing something easy.**********UPDATE*******I just noticed that when I go to the mobile view, the copy/delete tools are there. I guess my question is still somewhat relevant as it would be nice to understand what’s happening. ******UPDATE #2******I just realized that if I add a “center” attribute to the containing table ta

Exclude people from product abandonment flow if they have received newsletter

Hi there,New to the community and have a question about trigger filters. We would like to set up a hierarchy so people do not get swamped with emails from us -- giving priority to our Welcome flow and 2x/week newsletter over product abandonment emails.Excluding people from the abandonment flow if they have received another flow (Welcome) in the past X hours seems easy enough, but I’m stumped at how to exclude them if they have received a regular email campaign from us.Thanks!Don
