Active On Site (and following) events not working – Shopify App Embed Integration

Hi, we’ve been successfully using the the Klaviyo App embed integration in our Shopify and were able to receive Active On Site, Viewed Product and Added to Cart events. Recently we changed our Theme to Broadcast and when I failed to implement the “back in stock” event + flow I realized that none of the Active on site events etc. are being received by Klavyio. I double-checkend the integration via the app embed, tried manual installation of the code snippet and lastly also the integration via Google Tag Manager. The snippet shows up in the source code but now events are coming trough. At last I removed all manual snippets, tags etc., removed the Shopify/Klaviyo integration and reconnected – no success, same effect! I searched a lot in the community but didn’t find a solution. And then also the back in stock code snippet fails and causes error messages

Back in Stock not working with Langify App in Shopify

Hi there,I’ve integrated the Back in Stock Snippet following the documentation (https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001895651-How-to-Install-Back-in-Stock-for-Shopify) and it works like a charm (very easy, thanks ;) ) :https://aboutcompanions.com/collections/all/products/kaspar-longsleeve-polo-melange-sand-linen?variant=42060861767894BUT: We’re using the App Langify in our Shopify store for the second language (German) and switching language means that the ISO code “/de/” is put into the URL for all translated pages. Unfortunately in this setting this creates a problem, the Console log returns “deny” and the Back in Stock button does not show:https://aboutcompanions.com/de/collections/all/products/kaspar-longsleeve-polo-melange-sand-linen?variant=42060861767894I couldn’t find anything in the Forum so far, any hint and help is greatly appreciated!ThanksStephan

Conditional Split in Flow: How does the "contains" filter works for Discount Coupon?

Hi,we’re sending out personalized Discount Codes to our new subscribers from our Shopify onlinshop.The Codes are always “WELCOMExxxxxx”, where “xxxxxx” is of course some generated code.Within the Welcome Flow we are also sending out reminders for the Codes. Along the flow, we want to exclude all subscribers from the flow that have used their Codes already.I have set up the conditional split as shown below but am not sure if it works correctly…Does the “contains” need to match exactly the code? (this would not be possible as all codes are different) Or is it ok like shown before as all codes at least begin with “WELCOME…”? If not, what would be the best solution? Is there a way to test if such conditional split works?Thanks!Stephan

Starting Flow based on updated Custom Property?

Hi there,We have created a flow where we send a confirmation email, including some of the custom properties the subscriber has entered when signing up. As the trigger is based on the list subscription, this works well.But we would like to give the opportunity to the subscribers to update these custom properties by using the sign up form again and send another confirmation email with the updated infos.Updating the custom properties work well, but we don’t seem to be able to start the flow again, as the profile is already subscribed to the list. Is there any other way to trigger the flow?We have also tried a workaround where we include in the sign up a custom property that marks if an email should be send and a trigger that is based on a segment which asks for this detail – and after sending in the flow update the property of the profile so it is excluded from the segment. Next time filling out the form, it should be put in the segment again. Technically, this more or less works but has

Dedicated Link Tracking / False setting, Support not responding

Hi there,last week Monday I wanted to set up Dedicated Click Tracking according this article: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001550572-Setting-Up-Dedicated-Click-TrackingAfter adding the described setting I contacted the support. On Thursday I got confirmation that the  records will be activated PLUS the information that SSL is enable – but nothing has been prepared for SSL on our end and unfortunately the instructions here: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360052205052 do not give a solution because none of the three methods apply to us.This leads to the problem that our links in the mailings currently don’t work and we cannot send any emails.Since Thursday I haven’t received any response on my support requests and follow-ups – including my requests to roll back on the whole Dedicated Click Tracking to be able to use the services again!Long story short, as I fail to receive feedback from the support I hope someone of the Klaviyo team here can help me out so th
