Flow which sends email to New buyer & buyers whose last purchase was 6months+ ago

Hey guys,I’m creating a flow which sends an information email to new customers as well as customers who have bought in the past, but only if they haven’t bought from us in the last 180 days. This is the flow I’ve created. I was wondering if the 2nd conditional split would work, as I’m unsure if the purchase at the start of the flow is included in the previous 180 days. As technically the customer has made a purchase within that timeframe.Would it be better to change it to “1 order in the last 180 days”, as that is what the initial trigger has (1 order).Feel like I’m being a bit of an idiot here, but just wanted to double check 😅. Cheers in advance​​​​​

Popup signup form inconsistent behaviour?

Hi there,We have a popup signup form on our website that should appear after 30 seconds or when the user attempts to leave the page.However, this doesn’t seem to be working for us consistently. We have tested it on multiple accounts on Chrome and with incognito mode, and very rarely will it pop-up after 30 seconds. Sometimes it will popup after a few minutes, sometimes it will never appear. The “leave the page” feature also only works sometimes too, even after waiting a minute or so. Is there anything I’m missing from the settings or is this working as intended?Thanks in advance.

How to create product information flow for products even when bought together?

Hi there,I recently created this post about creating a flow that sends a customer an email about the product they have purchased.I took David’s advice so it now looks like this.This works perfectly, given that the customer only buys 1 product. But is there a way to alter this flow so that it sends the customer 2 sets of product information in the same email if they purchase 2 products? 3 pieces of info for 3 products purchased etcBeing realistic, I’ll be surprised if this is possible as it’s a very weird and specific thing to be done.Cheers in advance for any responses

How to create a product information email flow for separate products?

Hi,I’m trying to create a flow which sends new customers an email containing information about the product they have bought. Would a flow like this be the correct way to implement this? If this is the correct way, I do have some questions about the configurationDo I pick “ProductNames” or “ItemNames”, or does it not matter? For the “Type:”, should I put “Text” or “List”? or does it not matter again?Also, should Flow Filter in the Trigger at the start be “Since this flow began”?Thanks in advance for any answers
