Need assistance on dedicated sending domain. 4 days ago i set dedicated sending domain on kalviyo, but after that we are not receiving any replies from our customers. and today the sending domain is disconnected from klaviyo. The domain is from Godaddy. i have selected dynamic routing. i don't know where the problem is.

It sounds like your DNS records for the dedicated sending domain aren’t fully verified. When Klaviyo disconnects a sending domain, it’s almost always because at least one of the DNS records (CNAMEs) no longer matches what Klaviyo expects.

Here’s what to check:

  1. Re-verify all 3 CNAME records in GoDaddy (they must match exactly what Klaviyo provides — host, value, and TTL).

  2. Make sure no extra prefixes were added by GoDaddy (e.g., domain.com.domain.com).

  3. DNS propagation can take time, but 4 days is long — this usually means the records were entered incorrectly or overwritten.

  4. After fixing the records, go back to Klaviyo → Settings → Domains → Verify.

If the CNAMEs are correct, the domain will reconnect immediately. Your replies will start working again once the domain is verified.

Does this still happen even if setting up sending domain was done automatically and not manually? AlsoI have done the dynamic routing so there are NS records, not CNAME

Yes, this can still happen even if the sending domain was set up automatically. Klaviyo can disconnect the domain whenever any of the DNS records don’t match exactly, including cases where GoDaddy adds extra prefixes or overwrites values.

Even with dynamic routing (NS records), you should still double-check that all DNS entries currently match what Klaviyo is expecting. Once corrected, the domain usually reconnects immediately after re-verification in Klaviyo.
